Great experience, even for a non-coffee drinker (my wife sends me out for bread and oh by the way, get me coffee). Especially impressed today by the service from Ree. She was amazing with each customer and when it was my turn, greeted me with a smile (through her mask). Though I don’t drink coffee, it’s a pleasure receiving service by someone like Ree.

2022 Update*** This location has really gone down hill. So sad to see. The staff is not personable at all and they are always out of everything. It seems like only one person at this location knows how to make cold brew and if they aren’t in, it doesn’t get done. Such a shame because they were so great with this last staff.

Have been here once before and coffee was very weak without any flavor. Went back in about 6 months and was pleasantly surprised with some very good bold brew. Service was a fast and courteous one minute purchase. I will probably return a lot sooner the next time.

Staff is completely incompetent. I left my credit card here on accident three weeks ago. I called in the SAME day and the girl who picks up tells me they definitely have it and she will save it for me. I go in today and it is magically gone. I check my account and there $500 ranked up on it. I am beyond furious as now I had to file a claim and request a brand new card. Horrible experience and the manager should be aware of this.

Not only did they forget to make my tea. You would think that if someone stood at your counter for 10 minutes, one of the 5 employees working would acknowledge and simply ask if they could help. Nope, too much like right. And the $5 drink was HORRIBLE!!!!!
