First walked in and sat down we sat there for good 10 mins befor was waited on and the waiter knowledge we was there. So another waiter that wasnt her talbe finally came and waited on us and was really nice but the waiter who table it was finally came took our order we was rushed to order our food then food was served cold girls was cold wouldnt melt the cheese both waffles was so cold it wouldn’t melt the room temp butter they atleast put two tbsp of that on them. the waiter was rude played on her phone and called me a lier bout my food being cold I wont be back. Im also going contact management and corporate office next business day for the way the waiter talks and treats customers is ridiculous. Then the cook had no bread net on his hair bread and when I say something bout my food being cold and called a lier he wants to act like he going to jump on me thats would been the thing for him to do cause i have lawyers on stand by and i would own that place. She needs to learn customer service skills and stop Playing on her phone. no refill not to mention I ordered coffee in a to go cup she bring cup half full and the lid turned upside down. Who wants coffee on the outside of lid and half full large coffee just poor service i should have went spent my money some where else. had a great experience! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want from a Huddle House. Autumn waited on us and was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She was bubbly and remembered us and our order from a previous visit. We are picky eaters and often have trouble with food orders any and everywhere we go. This was not the case at East Dublin Huddle House! Service was quick without feeling rushed and our food was exactly how we ordered it This is hands down one of the better Huddle House locations that I’ve eaten at. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

This is the worse Huddle House I have ever been to as far as service!! I ordered $42 worth of food. My order was the southwestern bowl with steak onions, peppers, and tomatoes. I could only see one piece of bell pepper and no tomatoes or onions so I took it back ask could they remake. The cook had an attitude saying she did put the stuff on there and I just wanted some free food. Also wouldn’t even tell me her name when she is working on a public place. So I told them I would pay for them to remake it with no attitude. They said the manager told me to leave. I left and told them to keep the food. But I will never go back and will be telling everyone I know not to go there!! Also I tried calling before I went up there and the phone kept going to a voicemail!!

The food was okay, but the service is something to be desired. The server had a scowl on her face the entire time we were there. I feel for the patrons who visit this establishment. It appears as if the servers are a reflection of the manager!

The Huddle House is a simple breakfast restaurant, much like the house. The staff were welcoming and they knew a lot of the customers by name which is nice and inviting.

YOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED OF THIS FOOD PORTION!! I am only 96lbs and this portion u given me for 16$ is for a toddler size child!! I will never spend again with yall!! You are steady going up on prices of the food in which you advertise on your menu, but yet the portions get smaller and smaller. We should all start rallying and protesting how all the companies who are food companies are doing this for the simple fact that you know people are going to buy it if we stop buying it all of y’all would sink
