I’ve been stopping here once a week, for the last year. Had an amazing experience with prior barristas, adorable, sweet, polite, and smiling young ladies. Today is a totally different story! Asked for a simple almond milk latte, extra hot with no foam… I got a 2/3 cup of latte, still foamy. It happens that sometimes they don’t see the notes, so I mentioned to the girl that made my drink if it was possible to fill it up and take the foam out, please. She just grabbed the drink and threw it out rudely!! The coffee splashed everywhere… this is in no way a reaction that is acceptable. 6 employees, cold and disturbing atmosphere. You feel as if you are unwelcome and bothering them. I am a regular Starbucks customer, like once or twice a day, all over the country as I work on the road. This place has won second place in rudeness and places to avoid completely

This Starbucks was on point with our entire order including several drinks and sandwiches. It’s a great place to stop at and order our coffees on our way to and from Florida when we stay in Wilson, NC. The staff was friendly and our order was quick using the drive-thru. I highly recommend this stop when in the area.

Very dirty and unkept. Stood at cash register with my family and was never even acknowledged. Should note.. We we’re the only ones in line. I’m huge fan of Starbucks but this pace needs to get it together. Not sure if it’s management or understaffed but at least say something to people waiting in line. We left..

We stopped here on a road trip up north, and even though they were clearly busy and understaffed they were very nice and did an amazing job making our drinks. I ended up spilling my drink, and they remade it without me asking. I feel like they went above and beyond for us, and I will definitely be coming back.
