I made a mobile order and went through the drive thru and we waited so long… I wanted to try this new location but I don’t think I will be coming back. I had ordered a chocolate croissant(warm) and it wasn’t warm at all and I decided to try the new Frozen Mango Dragonfruit lemonade drink but I don’t think it’s suppose to look like that it tasted so bad. I also got a Dragonfruit drink which it tasted so much like water then how I have tasted it before. Also my husband ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it tasted awful. It was such a waste of money..

I think the place is cozy, great for working. It’s also clean and their staffs are friendly with costumers (they look close to each other, too). It creates a fun atmosphere. For our drinks, my husband’s latte was nice, but my matcha latte was just so-so (taste more milk-y than matcha-y).

Went in to order coffee. There was a gentleman already waiting for his drink when we had come in. We ordered our drinks, went to the waiting area. Our drinks came out within 3 minutes of being ordered. This gentleman walked up and calmly asked where his drink was, that he had been waiting for 30 minutes. The barista snapped back with a “don”t yell at me”, the manager then came up, very rudely, saying “don’t yell at my baristas!!!” … long story short, manager calls the cops…. Over someone calmly asking where their drink was after 30 minutes of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. At the time of this writing, this location has 1 1/2 stars.. obviously Starbucks corporate should assess its management.

I can accept that matcha needs to be shaken to create froth but I can’t accept that my glass was more than half full of froth and ice cubes gave me a cup of something like this after they got my order wrong once

This location is right off of Highway 40 so very convenient. The restaurant was very neat and inviting. The bathroom I went in needed attention. Sink dirty and lots of stuff on floor. My drink was not prepared as directed. I always ask for no foam on my lattes. When I received my drink there was at least 1 1/2 inches of foam.

Do you know how bad service has to be for me to make a public review of something?! The worst. As other reviewers have noted, they seem to have no system for making sure drinks are made in a timely fashion and anything close to the order in which you arrived in the store. They lost my order for *20 minutes* and instead of prioritizing it, they put it back to the end of the line. When I asked for a refund they couldn’t also refund gratuity…so $2 for a drink I never got ‍♀️

Update: 10 months since my last post and they are still slow as #%*?. There were 5 cars in line and it took me 35 minutes to get to the window. No greeting other than “It’ll be $5.83”.

We have waited over 20 minutes for two out of our last 3 orders at this location when ordering ahead on the app. Each order was simple and for two or less people. The location did not even appear busy during our last visit.
