Walked in Friday around 10:30, with 4+ plus employees behind the counter and no others in line I don’t get noticed for sometime till I tried to get attention, not that I am extremely small or short person at 5.7 (one employee with her back to register talking to other 3).

The service here is always amazing and the staff is welcoming and expedient. My only issue is that the older man outside taking orders is rather rude and abrasive. Maybe consider having someone more upbeat to be the first face people see when visiting.

Everytime I come to this location, I always get greeted with such enthusiasm and care. They’re all super nice, very polite and quick with what they do. They all deserve a raise and some more appreciation. I will never go to another location while at work again. 🙂

Sadly, I’ll be sticking with the Starbucks in the Arboretum…shame on me for picking this Starbucks on the way home, simply out of convenience. Placed a mobile at 10:18am – got there probably around 10:20am so I told the girl on the speaker to take their time as I knew I was there very early – get to the window and actively hear the crew (while the window is open) talking about me and wondering why I was there already, as they loudly yelled my name from the mobile order etc, etc. My apologies for thinking people here do their jobs. Told the older gentleman at the window what I heard and how I thought it was rude – obviously fell on deaf ears as he came back with an excuse. He’s been rude to me before as well so I’m not surprised. Not that the crew even cares about reviews but, thought it should be known and escalated since I spend a GOOD amount of money at Starbucks.

Sarah had a very nasty attitude early this morning at the drive-thru simply because she had to work. Yes because she had to walk over to the mobile order section to give me my coffee at the drive-thru. Starbucks accepts mobile orders at this location both inside and drive-thru. It’s not what she said to me it’s how she said it. She was very rude and unpleasant. Do better at this location with customer service. This isn’t my first issue at this specific location. Oh and btw I was the only person in line and maybe two customers inside at 6:45 am. So what was your upset?! Smh again do better. Remember, no customers = no job.

I preordered my coffee and got it on time. They have plenty of outdoor seating and very clean bathrooms. Good Starbucks to sit down and study or work for a couple of hours.

It’s not this location, it’s just Starbucks in general. I used to go all the time but in the past 10 years or so less as every time I get an espresso based drink I realized how poor Starbucks is and always has been at making espresso. Weak, poor flavor, bitter. Time to frequent a real locally owned coffee shop.

Music is way too loud. The person helping me had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times. She was also out front smoking a cigarette when I walked by. 3 out of 5 times they forget something from my order.
