Stopped by this place for lunch. I’m visiting from KC for work and a coworker recommended this place. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the steak and shrimp. The portion of the food was huge and everything was cooked well. The staff were super friendly. I really liked the inspirational quote that was on the front of the restaurant. There were also a selections of many different kind of drinks to enjoy with the food. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I are truck drivers and happened to be by this gem waiting for our next load. This was absolutely delicious, the waitress was fantastic and friendly. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who loves Mexican food.

The lengue (beef tongue) tacos were so good and tender. First timer but not a last timer. I also a small bowl of fish and shrimp soup that look like a large bowl. Had to bring it home. I keep trying new things here and haven’t been disappointed. The two servers are always nice as well.

If you’re looking for the best tacos in town, Mi México Restaurant is the place to be! Their tacos are simply unbeatable, perfectly seasoned, with fresh ingredients that bring out authentic flavors in every bite. But the delight doesn’t stop there; their rice is absolutely delicious, with a texture and taste that complement their dishes perfectly. Whether you’re a taco enthusiast or just craving a satisfying meal, Mi México is a must-visit.

If you want Mexican food, this is the spot. Most “Mexican” restaurants appeal to the community it serves, which let’s face it. There aren’t a lot of Latinos here. This isn’t bad. It’s just not what most Mexicans prefer. Spicy Chile is what many like and what is typically lacking in most Mexican restaurants around Memphis. This place serves spice.
I had the a bowl of menudo, with toasted pan. Delicious. The area isn’t the best but it’s certainly worth the risk. Enjoy my fellow googlonians!

The tacos we’re aaight. The salsa was good. My husband bought me caldo de res. It tasted like caldo de pescado. (Fish soup). The red rice literally tasted like fish. Oh the coke in the bottle was the best part. Because they didn’t make it. I didn’t have high expectations because im from san diego. We have pretty good food. But this was horrible.
