WV Almost Heaven (Montani Semper Liberi)
Had my FIRST thing ever from any Starbucks anywhere. All in all am sorry to say it was MEH. The staff seemed grumpy. None of them made eye contact as if it was in their training manual or something. This is not an exaggeration-NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES MADE ANY EYE CONTACT AT ALL! The clerk who took my order and payment was barely understandable. They spoke so soft I was unable to understand them. Another employee came over and sort of acted as an interpreter. So the entire experience was utterly underwhelming. I have no idea what the big deal about Starbucks is. Other than my 2 daughters and I, there was only 2 other customers in the store, although the drive thru had a long line of vehicles. See the pics below the establishment was heavily devoid of patrons.

I order a shaken espresso with oatmilk, I get 10 minutes down the road and turn back around. They remake it after being rude. I tried to give the other one back because I drive a manual vehicle and had nowhere to put it. Refused to take it back. No apology. Nothing. I am allergic to almond milk and was trying to be polite because I understand mistakes happen. Ridiculous.

I usually love the drinks I get from here. I’m disappointed I asked for a pink drink and they put barely any strawberry in it. Basically received straight coconut milk… taste awful.

Went to go in at lunchtime on 4th May only to be refused entry due to a ‘staff meeting’ taking place. No problem with having a meeting, but having it during lunchtime seems counterintuitive.
