This place is very new, but has a wonderful vibe to it. The map might show that nothing is there, but it’s only because it is newly built. The staff appear to be mostly new people, but they work hard and treat the customers very well.

Went today and the drive through was wrapped into wards road traffic so I parked and went inside. I was the only person in line to order and I ordered a large iced coffee. Nothing with espresso, no fancy drinks, nothing. I was left waiting for over half an hour for an iced coffee. Multiple customers came in after me and ordered drinks and food. A whole party of 6 was served drinks and food after me. I attempted multiple times to get a baristas attention but was ignored. Eventually once there was a drive through lull I was asked by the same woman who took my order, very rudly I might add, what I was waiting for. I said I was still waiting on my coffeee I ordered. She turned around and walked away without saying anything. Another 5 minutes or so goes by when another woman brings me my coffee and slides it at me across the counter. It wasn’t what I asked for. But I’d already spent over half an hour waiting for it so I just left. In my experience at this location everyone is rude to the customers that come inside. If you have time to wait in the drive through I would recommend that. I’ve only ever had an issue going inside. I understand that drive through is timed but you should still be polite and courteous to the people who come inside.

The girl with the purple hair was so rude. Wouldn’t even smile when I smiled at her while she was taking my order. Rolled her eyes when I asked for light ice. Plus the whole place was dirty. No one bothered to wipe up their mess on the counter. Really disgusting especially since they weren’t busy at all.

This Starbucks is really good at making people feel unwelcome. all the workers stared very unfriendly without offering assistance, or even letting me know they’d be with me shortly. The energy here is absolutely terrible and it’s the staff. Slamming things around, rolling there eyes at people. Oh and then they took the customer that came in after me immediately AND greeted him. Have been alternating going in for mobile orders and picking them up in drive-thru. Priority is given to drive-thru, probably a rule set by higher ups that don’t care. It shows in the attitudes of the baristas and corporate can thank itself for the one-star. Cashing out my remaining points and moving on.

I order the same drink every time I go. It is literally expresso, creamer, and cold foam and I can honestly say I never know if it will be made right. The employees I’ve met have always been very polite and friendly and the store has always been clean when I’ve been there. I’ll keep going because when my drink is right it is heaven in a cup!
