If I order online it’s not ready when I get there. Even if I don’t arrive until after the time you tell me it will be ready. If I order it through DoorDash to be delivered, there’s at least a 50% chance the Dasher will go in and wait several minutes and leave without getting my order. I’m guessing it’s because they get the same treatment I do when I walk in. They just ignore you. I like Starbucks coffee and I thought ordering through DoorDash would be a way to still get the coffee without actually having to endure the lengthy wait and less than friendly or attentive service but nope. Even the door Dashers don’t want to deal with them so I still end up with a very lengthy wait and poor service. I think it’s time to start trying someone new. There are lots of coffee places. I think it’s time to start experimenting with some different choices.

I gave 3 stars because I usually have great service here. But lately it seems some people who come in after me and order are getting their drink before me and I have to wait forever for a Frappuccino. When the shorter white guy with glasses is managing. My drink always comes out quick. I wish he could work every day that I come in here. Even as I sit making this review they are still pumping out those mobile orders but seem to have forgotten about mine. ….what’s up?
