I have been visiting this Greek’s regularly for nearly a year. At the beginning, I consistently had great experiences: the service was spot on, food was great, prices were consistent. Now, not so much.
Since then, my experiences are sometimes really good but usually just ok. The food generally is the same but sometimes the butter isn’t added to the pizza crust while other times it is. Sometimes breadsticks are overcooked or small and sometimes they’re undercooked or fat. Specials are actually more expensive than ordering things separately.
Most often, service is no longer very good at all. The other night, there was an off-duty employee who came in and literally yelled from the front door at someone in the back (supposedly not seeing me and my husband sitting in the small dining room), which startled me and really set a bad tone for the rest of my time there, considering the on-duty employee was more concerned with talking with their friends in the back. Tonight, the waitress took several minutes socializing with off-duty employees in the dining room before greeting me or getting me a menu; then it was very slow for refills. Often, the server just doesn’t come back to check on guests for extensive periods. When ordering on the phone, staff have been rude and just generally lacking in customer service skills. It seems the staff cares more about interacting with each other than the guests.
Overall, it appears there are just a lot of young kids running things with very little oversight and coaching. Owners would do well to add experienced shift leaders or at least maintain better oversight in general because consistent experiences really turn loyal customers off.

Ordered XLG Gourmet meat with garlic butter instead of marinara but again I got home and it was marinara and they didn’t even get my name correct had to tell what we ordered to pick up if your going to answer the phone please listen very disappointed which is sad because it was my favorite place to get pizza .
