I just left Starbucks on Oyster Point where I ordered a pineapple passionfruit frozen lemonade and I got a straight pineapple frozen drink. When I showed the girl at the drive thru the picture and said it doesn’t look the same she rudely told me that it was the same they were just out of the strawberry. Well if you are out of an ingredient that comes in the drink then it is not the same! In addition, it should have been told to me that the store was out of that ingredient. Poor customer service!

While it’s common knowledge that corporate dictates what is allowed, playing thrumming, pounding music is far from relaxing. I’d understand if this store was near a school, but the demographic is older. We’ll be finding another coffee shop to relax at.

Arrived at this location at 7 pm. The door was locked (they close at 7:30) so I knocked on the door to see if they were closed. At least 3 employees saw me and ignored me. No one even acknowledged my presence. They did not have to come to the door, I would have been okay if they had just signaled they were closed. Very rude!

I always love the fast and friendly service I receive at this Starbucks location. I always order ahead on the app as I have a semi complicated order and I try to make their jobs easier by not trying to say everything I want in my drink over the speaker. When I order ahead, they always have my order ready by the time I get to the window.
