everytime i want a shake i come @ 10 and thats the time they usually close the ice cream machines down and the girl always leaves it on for me for a couple minutes and always knows my order + she cute and wasn’t disrespectful when i told her… most girls in this world nowa days woulda gave you a face and probably spit in yo food!

Today was my last day giving this Burger King a chance. Every single time I come through the drive thru the employees are extremely rude. The last 2 times my husband, and I, went through the drive thru he asked the employee to repeat his order. They tell him to just read it on the screen. Do they take into consideration that some customers might have low vision or can’t read?! We are no longer going to this location after today.

I went in yesterday( 03/11/23). I wanted to give credit to the both ladies working there. I was sitting in the drive through lane for a while with several cars ahead of me. As I finally get to the window I found out there’s only two of them working rushing to get the orders out and everything. Regardless of this i was greeted very politely at the speaker and at the window. Everything on my order was correct. Very impressed with their service.

Very bad customer service, but he employees are very rude and impolite. They treat the customers as if the customer gets the order for free. On drive thru I had an order on Friday around 3 pm the employees were very discussing.

All the workers here are rude and super short when they talk to you (if they do) I’ve never walked into a lobby to order before and managed to order and pay without ever hearing the cashiers voice!

BAD customer service. We ordered food through the drive thru. Not a good experience to begin with, zero friendliness. The bad part though was when we got our order. Part of our order was 2 medium fries, one was hot but the other one was cold. We let that slide, and decided to just eat them like that. Then we noticed we were missing part of our order, so my husband went and knocked on the door (because they were closed) and let them know that we didn’t get something that we ordered, they said that it wasn’t in our receipt (we didn’t pay for it) so they can’t give it to us, we have to do drive thru again and order it again. My husband asked if they could give it to him through the door because they we’re the ones that forgot to put it in the order, they said no again, and were being rude. My husband told them that was bad customer service and their answer was “well then go somewhere else..bye” and slammed the door (even my daughter who was in the car said they closed the door really hard)… Of course we are going somewhere else! Never again to this Burger King.

If you want cold food served with a side of rude customer service, this is your place. Usually, fast food restaurants will happily remake an order, even if you are at fault, because they do not want to leave you unsatisified. I know other franchises will go out of their way to remake the food. Don’t expect anything from these folks. If you have had a bad experience, I would recommend contacting Burger King directly through their website. They will definitely get your issues sorted out! Choose a diff Burger King to pay a visit to!
