Customer service excellent! Cheese sticks don’t do it. They are playing in my face. I paid almost $8 for some burnt cheese that will sprinkled with Parmesan cheese on top and a little cup of marinara sauce. The super supreme pizza is okay. Nothing too fantastic. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again.

My Pizza crust was burnt. The Pizza itself was too saucy. We couldn’t even pick up the Pizza without the cheese and pepperoni falling off. I believe they might have used hot dog meat and it tasted terrible. No one ever answered the phone at the location. The Call Center couldn’t help with anything but a transfer.. What a waste of time and money.

Placed an order and never received it. Called the store and was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. Called customer service and they said 1 to 3 business days before we hear anything about never getting our order. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Put my order in 45 minutes before close. Got there 10 minutes before close. They cancelled my order and were closed. LAZY BUMS. Eat somewhere else. If you are going to take orders within an hour of close but dont have the capability to do them just cut off the availability to do so. Figure it out.

Trash. I hate that this is the closest pizza hut to us. I put in an easy order and they forgot my grilled chicken that I paid extra for. Then had the nerve to say it will be another 15 mins and threw the other pizza away in front of me. They could’ve been courteous enough to let me keep it or give it to a homeless person. Just foul and I don’t think I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and meat. After waiting patiently I received a pizza from Dante’s inferno. Took three slices of this monstrosity and didn’t even finish. It was as if the chef tortured what was once an innocent pizza in the oven and took a smoke break while the fire alarm was going off.
After coming back from smoking that dank hut kush they took a look at the pizza from the seven hells and said, “ yup, looks edible to me!” Then plopped it into a beaten up box and called it quits.
The only upside to this tragedy is that at least I got my food and desert was untouched. Unfortunately, my feet and glasses look more appetizing than the actual food.

Clearly in need of new management. Awful location.
Not only was I made to pay for the wrong order, I had $40 STOLEN from me and added as a tip. I would have never caught it unless my credit card company asking if this was intentional.

Cheese pizza with no cheese. They are the worst. Store closed at 7pm on a Sunday! So no assistance with replacement due to closure. Corporate couldn’t do anything but put a ticket in for me to possibly receive a credit in 1-3 days. Called this morning for resolution no answer.
