Place was obviously busy so i’m not going to nit-pick everything lol.. i know how food service is . Woman with the beautiful orange and purple hair made my drink and it could be a little sweeter but maybe that’s something on my end I needed to add to my drink since I did try something new (new to me). Anyways, it’s still delicious and they were all working as fast as they could so it still got to me in a timely manner despite being busy. In my opinion it tastes like my favorite coffee ice cream so i’m not complaining at all!! y’all are the best, definitely seems like a great team.

Nothing is better than getting an iced shaken expresso done correctly every time I ask for one, which is often. Other Starbucks locations are very inconsistent when making this drink correctly. In addition to getting my drink done right, the staff is top-notch and work well together. They have good chemistry with each other which makes the atmosphere a great one to be a part of.

I have to shoutout Jake! He was awesome and very nice. He upgraded my drink after I made a mistake with the size and also gave great service. He gave me enough time to order and was friendly throughout the whole interaction. I always and ONLY come to this location. They’re fast, friendly and practice excellent food safety. This location is always clean. I got to leave with a trenta instead of a grande which was a perfect way to end my day. thank you so much jake and battlefield staff!!

Went here today I walked to register phone in hand ready to purchase gift cards and ice coffee the barista says well let’s do your coffee first I’m like ok ordered that then pick out 2 gift cards. I was ready to purchase never got asked do you have Starbucks app which probably isn’t part of her job just seems like common courtesy so that’s my fault 100% but what is not my fault is my cold brew ice coffee I requested lite ice and cup was almost filled with it as well as me tipping cash and not even getting a thank you! I’ll never spend money at this location again and I will never tip again with out verifying I’m getting not only what I asked for but what I paid for!

I ordered through Uber eats two days in a row to give them a second chance at the Starbucks on Battlefield and Volvo. The first day my order was wrong and the very next day as you can see they gave me Sara’s order instead of mine. Ridiculous customer service and the number provided online to call doesn’t work to speak with anyone. Obviously when ordering from work you can’t leave work and drive to get what you want and expect to get what you ordered. To give a second chance and get it wrong two days in a row is an obvious issue. Will NEVER order again!
