Im here working out of town. Stopped in for a homw cooked meal, not sure what to expect in a small town, but I am HIGHLY impressed. The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal and the place was very clean and cozy!!! If anyone’s ever driving through, make sure you stop in!!! I will definitely be finding this place on any more road trips i do! Thank you all so much!!!

We were there 45 years ago. Had the best cinnamon rolls. My husband and I met at Wolf Creek and we stopped there all the time and we have been married for 43 years. Can’t wait to go back.

My family has been coming to Ottawa Kansas for 30 years to meet up with Family members for Thanksgiving. We always go to Country Pride Restaurant for the Thanksgiving Buffet. It has always been good but this year there was no Buffet and they offered only 3 choices and the options were a deli turkey dinner, chicken fried steak or Parmesan chicken, all options were pre frozen dinners and tasted awful. Mind you each family drove 500 miles and the food was very disappointing. We could have gone to McDonalds and had a better meal. While sitting there we watched many families come in and all had the same disappointment that we did cause this has been a family tradition for many years. I am certain we will not be returning next year. The only good thing about the restaurant was the waitress who was extremely friendly but I felt sorry for her because she was having to explain to each table that the dinner was nothing t the traditional Turkey dinner that was served in the past. I’m sure she will have a long day of listening to many complaints about the meals that were served to many that were expecting the traditional Thanksgiving meal.

Waited 20 minutes and never got waited on. Waitress watched us walk in and just choose to ignore us. Have eaten there many times and service keeps getting worse. Will not go back again and would definitely not recommend it.
