I actually vomited up my 12 dollar Carne esada burrito last night! My sister, who also had a Carne Esada burrito,was up all night with heart burn. The service was poor, the cashier took several moments to acknowledge me and when she finally did, she was rude! It was like I was a nuisance to her! I will never return or recommend ANYONE go there, EVER! I should sue you for food poisoning! Your establishment is absolutely below standard!

Very disappointed. I had my order delivered through Postmates and my cheese enchiladas were cold, and it wasn’t because of the delivery time. The cheese inside wasn’t even melted and the sauce tasted like chipotle sauce, not red enchilada sauce.

There are over 100 Roberto’s in Vegas! Or it seems! Each one is worth the ticket. I frequent this store # due to their consistency of food quality and cleanliness. My favorite is the Carne Asada Fries and Carne Asada Burrito with cheese chips on the side. Believe it or not the picture of the Wet Bean Burrito is only $5.75 on the special menu. If you’re really feeling like a foodie the Breakfast Burrito is a stuffer with bacon, sausage and ham. The prices are reasonable for the quantity which leaves you full! Food is not freshly made. Food was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. I was asked did I want everything on my fries, I said Yes but, guacamole and sour cream was missing. The two guys working there, didn’t want to work there. BAD customer service plus one of them didn’t even speak English. I ended up getting a refund. By the way, I only seen them greet someone with a smile when someone from their culture walked in. Sad world we live in.
