So I hate to do this because I literally love the staff and always have a 10/10 experience here … but this morning the barista named “Nicole” made my morning go from great to sour real quick , she rushed me to order and had an attitude from the minute I walked in , then when I asked for cold foam instead of whipped cream ( because I forgot to say it while ordering) she said “well that’s gonna be an extra charge “ in the nastiest tone , like excuse me ? This is how you speak to people ? As if I didn’t have $2 for cold foam. hopefully she learns to speak to people with more respect.

The barista probably shouldn’t make a customer feel bad for looking for their coffee when it has always been a certain way for online orders. Now the coffees are lined up behind the counter, facing away from the door, with no sign that says please wait for someone to help you. Of course I’m going to look for my coffee and not expect to be “yelled” at for it. You don’t know what people are going through and I would think someone in customer service would understand that.

They are now pressuring customers for tips. The food and drinks are like any other starbucks but the employees here will ask you if you’re going to tip them or not and if you don’t they’ll glare at you.

This place is good one day, bad the next, they could use some retraining on making drinks. And they attempted to give me 75% full cups when I ordered no ice and claimed it’s “standard” Ive worked for Starbucks for a few years and that’s never been a “standard”. The barista had attitude and wanted to talk trash to the other baristas right in front on me. Definitely would tell anybody take the little bit of a further drive for some much better customer service, and better drink consistency.

I sent my husband to pick up my mobile order! When he got there he received my drink order and waited for my other item. He was told there was no other item just the drink. But on my receipt it clearly has two items on there. I gave a three star because the drink was good. But that’s not the point. I wanted my bakery item.
