Spacious and modern Starbucks, lots of seating ranging from easy chairs with conversation areas to hi-tops for two. Baristas are friendly, fast and accurate. Coffees are delicious as expected. They seem to be fully stocked with baked goods and other food items also.

I absolutely love this Starbucks!! Everyone is amazing however, Dominique is Fabulous! Every visit They make me feel so welcomed! My order of the Amazing Strawberry Frappuccino is always so Delicious and the fact that they know my order makes them even more Fabulous❤️!!! Very bad service! Starting because We got a busted cup, then they took about 20 mins to prepare the second drink, the lady who was preparing it just left the cup, she completely ignore us and went to attend the drive thru, even though there were 3 more ppl there, and even after all that my order was STILL wrongly made.

From out of town, made an online order for pick up & my order that I paid in advance for didn’t greet me with the best experience. Coffee was made good, hence the 2 stars (but as a side note…ordered cold foam & didnt receive the nitro lid that comes with that order…makes it harder to drink out of a little slot in the normal lids), but the wrap I ordered was completely out of stock & not mentioned on the app. Was asked what I wanted instead. I asked for 2 of the gouda sandwiches instead (price is 4.75 each), they only gave me one. The wrap I paid for was (almost 10 bucks).. felt they were ripping me off. Did go back in & retrieved the other sandwich. Customer service wasn’t good & a lot of people standing around when it was busy & there were plenty of things to do & make. Never had an issue at any other Starbucks….been to many, this one by far was the worst.

I have given this location pass after pass but today was the last time I’ll go there, I will travel farther to the one in Front Royal or hit dunkin in stephens city. I gave my order at the drive thru at 2:56pm, she gave me a total twice before I was done ordering…I get to the window where instead of greeting me she rudely said “you don’t have anything smaller”, I said no, she then gives me my correct change…she handed me the first drink which was wrong but I didn’t say anything, she leaves the window and she nor anyone came back until 3:16, We waited for 20mins, she hands me the saddest frap I have ever ordered, the whip cream was floating at the top of the cup, the dome lid was completely clean, there was no ice in it, the whole drink was melted, I obviously didn’t drink it, I would have given both the drinks back for a refund but I felt bad for the long line behind me who had also been waiting for 20+mins.

Went there for a mobile order this morning and tried to add another drink and the lady that was taking the orders at the drive thru made it out that it would have been so hard and difficult that I finally said forget it and then I pulled up to the window to get my mobile order the same person that tried to take my order is hanging out of the drive thru window like it’s a drive by and not a drive thru . Never again
