Pizza plus delivered to my daughter’s birthday party and were courteous, on time, and the pizzas were hot and fresh! The delivery driver was very kind and the lady that took my order was very helpful when I had some questions about allergies. Thanks pizza plus for helping to make her party wonderful!

Had to drive to an atm to take out cash because they couldn’t take standard card again. After arriving to pick up my order, that I have been getting twice to three times a week for 5 months now, the pizza was wrong. Guest service is a demanding business, and you never know how a guest’s day has been. When at work it is something important to account for. The simplest of requests can make or break that interaction. It was not something the establishment really gave much concern to this evening.

Kim at Pizza Plus was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just getting through a shift. Online menu does not matching actual menu and actual prices. Pizzas doesn’t properly covered with topping. Edges are left bare for size of 2″ from boarding rings. Not contained enough topping for what you paid.
Chicken wings are not matching a standard size. Out of 100pcs order were 3 pcs on standard size, other 97pcs – less then half in width and little more then half on height. Charging $100 for 100pcs, but you will not get actually 100 standard sizes. See my photo.
Sandwiches : not a hoagie bun, but a regular dinner bun, not toasted before putting ready toppings. Sandwiches overpriced and underloaded. Not contained all types of vegetables or cheese. Sides : pack of chips or curly fries – it’s your choice. I choose a curly fries. Instead I got boiled curly potatoes. They are not fried it, but baked in pizza stove. It’s like a mashed potato dipped in cold oil.
Additional to sandwiches price charged almost a $4 for that kind potato.
Dinner rolls came wet inside, mashed in your hands.
Bread sticks with double cheese : received single cheese topped with single cheese and only on the center. Actually instead Family size you will get a half of it covered with single cheese layer, and half – not topped. Stix served with 2 cups of sauce : pizza or marinara.
I ordered 2 cups extra of marinara. Received pizza sauce instead and has been charged for each cup $ 1.60+
Garlic bread with with double cheese. Received dinner roll, same as sandwiches, no garlic and no butter. Onlly double cheese.
Order placed for delivery. Mentioned to deliver a fresh and hot, not keep cooked for long time, but received food just warmer then your hand, kept more then hour and half after cooked. This is ordered 11am Monday. Delivery starts at 12pm. Delivered at 12.45pm. Driving time from this place to my home less then 5 minutes.
Ticket prices higher then menu for $100+.
Website menu prices are not matching for all dishes.
An example :
2 large 4 toppings pizzas listed for $28+/-. Charged for each $26.60
Sandwiches prices $4.99.
Charged $12.59 each, etc.
At least, if charging triple or more prices, should cook it an excellent and deliver hot meal, same as providing real paid topping, sizes and quality of food.
Here were no quality and not matching menu food, underloaded descriptions toppings, items are not the same as described in menu and not the same priced.
Management did not remake this order and didn’t refund anything,
not for terribly cooked dishes, not for highly overcharges on the bill. We used this place for over 20 years years. It was never an excellent, but acceptable and unexpensive. Anyway, we never complained, because never see anything like this. Not in this place, not in any other places.
Small city, small local community. I want all other people knows everything about this place. Everyone must be aware how they are will be overcharge for un acceptable food and how will be treated after you spent almost a $300 in this place for a food which you can not eat.

Arrived at our hotel at 8pm and decided to order a pizza for delivery as we didn’t want to go back out….ordered a large pepperoni with EXTRA cheese. Took an hour and 5 minutes to be delivered, pizza was COLD and there was barely regular cheese on it, definitely NOT the extra cheese I was charged for….almost no sauce, really there was nothing redeeming about this pizza at all

READ THE REVIEWS!! WISH I HAD BEFORE I SPENT 30$ AT CHRISTMAS AND WAS REFUSED A REFUND THOUGH THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE
So in September I made a complaint by email about under cooked pizza, it was the 3rd time it had happened..I was aggravated about having to come home and cook it longer so while ordering I asked they specifically cook it longer and it came more under cooked than usual.. After a few emails I felt like it was handled and since it’s the only pizza place in town I gave it another chance.. I ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo and cinnamon sticks, 30$+ in food a little over a week ago and not only was there no broccoli (I ordered extra) it was spaghetti noodles..It was nothing short of absolutely disgusting and it was undercooked..I offered to bring it back and told them i wanted a refund and now I’m being ignored.. I’ll share the pictures!! I am not in a financial situation where I can throw 30$+ in the trash and believe me it was pure trash!!!
