This Starbucks is nice!! It has a large seating area outside even though the view is the parking lot. In the outdoor seating area, there’s a flame like heater located in the center built into a wall that serves as a divider separating the seating area in about half. The interior of the store is smaller than most Starbucks. There was a lot of orders but they work very fast! I barely had to wait. The Chai Tea Latte is a little less creamy than I prefer. It could be that it’s hot? I usually order the iced version. I didn’t see any Starbucks Been There Mugs on the shelves or the 2021 Starbucks holiday bear ornaments that I saw on my recent trip to TN.

Jae was an amazing barista. I went to get my beans grounded and she was very helpful and friendly even with a line that started after my order. The manager was also very accomodating, doing her closing routine and helping Jae. Overall, a well managed Starbucks with excellent customer service but Jae is the REAL MVP! Thanks again Jae!

Small and quaint but busy Starbucks. Not as nice as some of those around the neighborhood, but nice external seating area. Makes it nice to pick up coffee after a workout at the gym or yoga spot, before picking up dinner at various restaurants nearby or to pick up groceries at Whole Foods.

The store is near my house so I’m a usual customer. I order online most of the time and never had an issue. Today I place online order and went to pick it up. My order was not there. I waited for a few minutes and ask. There were 4 staff, 2 Ethiopians, 1 Asian and one black American, they all told me I picked it up or my family did. I said no I didn’t neither my family. They waited for few minutes and told me I ordered it in another place. I showed them my online order. Then they said they will make me another one. Another lady /white/ come and said the same thing that she lost her order. No question asked the Ethiopian lady stopped doing my order and prepared the ladies order and gave it to her. When my prefer is ready before she gave me, the Ethiopian guy come and start looking for the previous order saying he is sure they made it and some one picked it up. I asked why don’t you believe me when I said I did not picked it up. It took me 14min to get my order because they didn’t trust me. I was there at 7a and left at 7:14a. I wonder why it’s so hard for them to trust me like the other white lady who got her order with out any question? I asked them? Why? Is it because I’m black? It’s hard when your own people have a hard time trusting you. I love Starbucks but not anymore.

Fourth or fifth time I’ve order from here and each time my order has been messed up. I order iced tea lemonades with liquid cane sugar. Not hard to do. I can excuse it only so many times. In addition to that, the baristas were rude, not helpful and scoffed at me when I said something.
