I love the quality of drinks in this Starbucks location. The only reason I am deducting a star for their slow service, which might be due to the drive thru service. However, when I get their well made drinks, I forget about the delay.

Went in to pick up a doordash delivery order. Stood at the front counter and watched 2 employees engrossed in their phones and only one employee working(Sweeping the floors). Stood there for a good 20-30 seconds before having to announce my presence. I’m sure I could’ve been stood there for at least a few minutes before being noticed but I had places to be. The female employee looked up from her phone begrudgingly and handed me the doordash order i was there to pick up. Truly a surreal experience. (Happened 7/25/23 around 8PM)

Did the drive thru, which moved a little slower then the others. When I finally got to the window, I saw my drinks sitting there and the girl continued to talk to her coworker across the way and on her headset. About 3 minutes after, I paid, then she still made me wait for my drinks about another 5 minutes. Not sure if she didn’t know what she was doing or if she just wanted to make people upset. Not good

Customer service not the greatest but not bad. They acknowledge their regular customers but not too much the newby. I’ve been in here 3 different times and no greet. I actually just end up waiting at the counter while they’re talking and preparing orders. I do a mobile order so my order should be ready by the time I arrive but it never is. Therefore, I’ll never return, I’ll just go to another location a little further but better service and faster service.

I ordered a frappe at 7:56 when I left the mall. I asked to substitute white mocha instead of mocha. When I got the drink I thought it looked dark but there were 2 cars behind me. I drove back around to the drive thru to let them know my order was incorrect. After waiting a few minutes (I thought they were helping the other 2 cars) I decided to drive to the window. ALL 3 ladies inside refused to open the window. I called Starbucks Headquarters and they said I needed a receipt. I waited at the window (with the drink in clear view) for an extremely long time trying to get someone to come back to the window. The lady who took my payment looked at me and shook her head “no” and never came back. I’m sure she noticed me from just a bit ago. At this point the ladies had counted the register and cleaned up, so I knew I wasn’t getting a refund OR a new drink.

Why 3 stars?? Cleanliness!!! It’s a shame as this is probably one of the nicer Starbucks and the staff doesn’t clean the bathroom. Weeks of dusty build up on commode, shameful
