I was taking a quiz and came into grab a bite while I worked on my laptop. I don’t frequent Starbucks so I was unaware that they were closing at 8pm. A woman came over to me to say, “We close in one minute”. Even a 5-10 minute warning would have been courteous but she also reminded me that the internet would also automatically cut off when i asked if it was possible to wrap up right outside… She stood next to the exit door and watched us leave. She spoke to the other two gentleman that left but ignored me completely. Will not return to this location if they can’t even have basic customer service etiquette AND didn’t have all the meals on the menu. Bathroom was gross and unflushed, lights flickered in the 2nd one. One star is for the young lady that took my order and the decent music otherwise no stars here.

Yikes. Here at 11am on a Monday. Sticky dirty tables, the windows have old coffee splashed on them, the floor is grimy. The window frame by me hasn’t been wiped in a long time. Yuck.

You have to be careful when ordering through a delivery service. I just had an iced chai delivered and it was basically just a whole venti sized cup of milk with one pump of chai in it. So gross. But since I ordered online I can’t get a refund and wasted $15 (cost with delivery)

I stood at the register for 5 minutes watching three employees chatting it up off to the side, no acknowledgment that I was waiting to be helped, however when I left they all chimed in thank you ? I can go just about anywhere and be insulted like that, no thank you I will not be returning!

Stopped inside the other day, by far the worst starbucks I’ve been to. The manager, Val, and a supervisor, Josh, were harassing an employee who obviously had disabilities or processing issues. Towed the line on outright ableism. Felt very sorry for that employee.

This particular Starbucks is run by a horrible man who creates a toxic culture wherever he is in charge. I filed a harassment complaint against him before he fired me out of the blue based on lies he secretly told corporate. I stand behind Katie who got called out a couple reviews ago, bc I know how stressed she is working for that crazy man. Just avoid this store like the plague. They get paid whether you go to this store or not.

Came to the drive-they on 12/08. WORST customer service ever. Person taking our order was extremely obnoxious and when we pulled up we waited 6 minutes to be acknowledged and it was “ YOUR TOTAL IS…” Good morning to you too. A reality check is needed.
