We’ve been traveling from California on our way to Texas. (JAN 22)We have Stoped at a Starbucks daily on the trip. Our order at the Clovis location wasn’t right. The barista forgot the sprinkles. Its the little things. Drive through was slow and store was empty. No excuses.

We came to Starbucks on 9/25/2025 in the evening. We ordered our food and asked if we could possibly change the music as it had been playing Spanish music the last 2 days. We were also the only people there. The very rude barista with the fake freckles and heart headband stated, “I guess we just really like Spanish music”, in her attempt at sarcasm. I laughed it off and went outside and when we did they turned the music up. At one point they did change the music and at about the point we looked like we were enjoying ourselves they stopped it, changed it back and turned it up even more. I’m honestly just very confused about how this level of childish behavior was aloud. We were polite and kind to staff so it wasn’t like anything we did warranted this behavior. I go there almost daily but will definitely try and avoid it from now on. Wild.

Starbucks at Albertsons’s Supermarket THE BEST Starbucks, I have ever been to. Every single drink I order is always so good. They are friendly. The only time I ever got a coffee that didn’t taste right, the barista ASKED if it was okay after seeing me take a sip, I said I preferred it a bit sweeter, & she remade the entire drink. Great customer service. They need to school all these “other” locations on how to make a perfect coffee recipe & how to keep customers coming back.

I sent my husband the other night to get me a venti mango dragon fruit refresher with sweet cream and boba he spent probably like $8 that night for my drink I loved it so much so I went the next day to get the same thing and the little dark girl with black hair at the window was very rude. I had accidentally told her heavy cream instead of sweet cream and if she could change it please she scoffed and rolled her eyes and then she brought my drink back and it barely had any boba and I asked her if she could put me more just like my husband had got it for me the night before she scoffed again and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I didn’t want to go back for a few days so I go back this evening to try to order that drink and they were trying to charge me almost $14 for one drink every time I go it’s always a different price for that one particular drink I think I will just start going to the other Starbucks in Albertsons! They are all very unfriendly no personality very unwelcoming! (The drink in the photo is how they made it for my husband the night he got it for me.) I have not been able to get my drink made like this myself. No wonder people go to 7 Brew instead!

Left early for work today just to get a coffee. Very disappointed. Coffee tastes like the machines are dirty and in need of cleaning. Very disappointed that this store seems to have great issues with consistency. Every visit is an adventure and not in a positive sense.

Such a stylish Starbucks! Very open and inviting. Our barista was super friendly, and they had a wide variety of delicious snacks & beverages. Some snacks include cake pops, egg sandwiches, and cheese trays with brie. Some drinks include milk, sparkling water, and copious coffee mixtures, of course! They have a really unique couch in the middle of the room with lots of seats. There is parking on both sides of the building, a drive through, and outside parking. Make sure to tip your barista!

Clean, friendly staff, can use the Starbucks “Stars” for redeemable items like coffee, food, and merchandise. Unlike the other two (Cannon AFB and Albertsons) which are good places but don’t offer the ability to redeem stars. Table placement is nice and the outdoor seating is good. Only complaint would be that there is not a trashcan in the outdoor seating area and unlike other Starbucks there are not a lot of outlets or charging stations inside. Right now it is not busy but as the new store becomes more popular you will need to be able to have the customers charge their devices. Welcome to Clovis, Startbucks corperate store!
