This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. The people are friendlier than any other location I go to and they do a good job preparing the drinks and food. However, I do wish they had a couple of chairs in the pickup area. When I am waiting for my order, I would really appreciate being able to sit down, especially being in my third trimester of pregnancy.

Store closes at 9:30 and I came in a few minutes before closing only for them to tell me they threw out all their tea. Not sure why an establishment throws things out before closing… very disappointing because Starbucks usually runs better than this!

Every time I go to this location, the drink is made wrong. And it’s typically just basic frappes. They often forget the syrup, or the drizzle, etc. Twice the ice wasn’t blended enough so the giant ice chips couldn’t go through the straw. If you get caramel or chocolate, it’s just in a puddle at the bottom instead of on the cup sides or in the middle like other Starbucks always do. Who wants to keep paying $9 for a drink that’s not made properly?

During my visit in mid-February of 2021, indoor seating was not available due to county restrictions. However, it was nice that all chairs were removed because it provided a spacious area to social distance from other customers. There were about 10 people ordering/waiting for drinks and we all were able to be more than 6 feet apart. The baristas were very friendly and worked quickly to get everyone their drinks ASAP. Thanks for great customer service and for keeping the premises clean!

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Starbucks employees at the Germantown location. Erica and Megan are super friendly, efficient. I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience. The service and smiles were refreshing!
