The service at this location is exceptional but this rating is because of Abby and her poor leadership skills. The young man that was helping me ring out some gift cards chose cash instead of credit and asked her for help. She turned around with lots of attitude and said “these are trash”, snatching the gift cards from his hand. After she told him to start over and I handed him 3 more gift cards she followed it by “gently” throwing the little green envelops on the counter and saying “you can still use these”. That young man is one of the best baristas I’ve dealt with and definitely didn’t deserve that. Someone needs to coach Abby on communication and how to treat her team members.

I like the atmosphere here for the most part but there music is usually too loud and it sucks to sit inside when it’s cold out because the doors are constantly opening and closing.

Look, it may be a chain, and yes it may also be populated by the “well to do” citizens of suburbia (WASP’s) with their pocket book pooches and $400 T shirts…however…the staff is wonderful, both friendly and warm. The holiday season brings out the best specialty drinks, try a Caramel Creme Brulee Latte or a Peppermint Mocha and you’ll be convinced it was well worth the stop. Oh and if your in a rush dont worry, the service is very fast and they also do mobile ordering I’m told now as well.

Amazing service, honestly there was a really sweet barista who didn’t mispronounce my name. People who work there are usually pretty nice, although sometimes they forget things in my order their only human. Baristas would make small talk when the store wasn’t super busy. Definitely reccomend this Starbucks location because of the mood fitting lighting and chill atmosphere!╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

had to have my drink remade THREE times and got attitude from the staff each and every single time. All I wanted was for my $6 latte to be drinkable. My latte tasted like the espresso machine was spitting out 90% water and 10% coffee. Get more staff, or at least staff that have good customer service. Also, seems like you need to service your espresso machine.

As atmosphere goes, there’s not much to say, but we’re here for the coffee, right?! We ordered online, which is handy, giving the baristas so e time to prep the more complicated stuff, which we thought was the frap thing, but turned out to be the pour overs. Most places we get a coffee we don’t get the care from the staff or the time for something special, but these guys in Kennett Square could deliver and exceed our expectations 🙂

I visit this Starbucks on my lunch break occasionally and always order ahead for faster service and almost always my order is ready when I show up so no wait and I can get back to work. The staff is always so friendly and the latte’s are always perfect.

Great latte, nice bathrooms. One tiny annoyance: baristas making drinks at nice speed, then depositing them on some kind of drink rack. They may have been yelling out names but it was so low and nonchalant (and through a mask) that myself, and others, had to keep walking to the counter and checking the names on each drink.
