I have always gone to the Starbucks for a really long time now however, whenever I go to the Starbucks early in the morning either at 6 AM or 7 AM every single time I go my drink order is always wrong. There’s never been one time that my drink has been right in the morning and it’s honestly so frustrating because I’m always running late to work because I have to sit there and have them fix it every single time. I order my drink from my the mobile app so everything is clearly listed. They mess it up every single time it is so aggravating and they need to do better. I understand it’s super busy but it’s also not fair to the customers, especially when customers are paying for add-ons or things that are charge for more like extra cold foam they’re paying for that but they’re not getting it.

Worst starbucks in delco. I ordered online 10 minutes before I arrived. I showed up thinking my one drink would be done considering they weren’t busy. To my surprise it wasn’t. I waited for 5 minutes thinking it would be done but 20 minutes later my drink was done and not even full. The ice was melted, my drink was watery, and 50% foam from my shaken espresso which has never happened at other starbucks. Save your money and time and go to dunkin which isn’t far down the street just past Ohara. 35 minutes total wasted waiting for one drink.

Love this crew!! The staff know my name and the frequent flyers. They are very warm and welcoming. Like anywhere, there are occasional hiccups when things get busy. Because the staff is so kind, I don’t mind as much when there’s an error. It’ll get corrected. Keep up the great work guys!!! I love your spirit!!

It was okay service. I asked for a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle but I hardly got any caramel drizzle. I ordered my drink 1st then 3 other customers came after me. I was the last drink they made. And the person making my drink was moving and doing the drinks so slow.

I normally love Starbucks, but this visit was the worst experience I have ever had. First I waited to get my drinks for over 30 minutes, I didn’t get them at once, like I ordered them in the app, instead it was one every 10 minutes. Other people were coming in after me and getting their drinks. There were two people working on a busy weekend and it was taking forever, but I was in no rush so I tried to be patient. When I told the lady I had ordered 25 minutes ago and still was missing a drink she looked and said it must not be up yet! Three more drinks were made before she finally “found” my order and made mine and it was wrong! She did make me a new one and I appreciate that, but the entire situation was ridiculous.

Everytime I go to Starbucks I always get a venti dragon drink with no ice because I have extremely sensitive teeth . I always get my drink filled to the top with no ice at any other location I go to. I went to this location and the employee told me he couldn’t fill my drink up all the way because I got no ice. I will never return to this location I paid $5.38 for a half filled drink.
