ive ordered here more than a handful of times and my order has been incorrect multiple times and i was unable to be given a refund or the carrect order. also they do not properly update the pizza tracker, it will go from order placed (step 1) to prep (step 2) in 5+ minutes, then to bake (step 3) in another 5+, then ready for pickup (step 5) after 10+ more minutes. completely skipping t4th step which is qaulity check.

I placed an order using the app and it was showing ready. I got to the store at 11:15 am and the lady at the window said they weren’t open yet and didn’t know when they would be open. I said I’d cancel and order from another local pizza place and she said she didn’t care. I’ll never go back there.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered pizza from Domino’s I ordered extra sauce sausage and pepperoni and when I got home I looked at it no extra sauce and look like they had some sausage they cut off of string and put on there and it was dry had no taste to it I will never order from Domino’s in Holly Springs Mississippi again

This Domino’s has gone down hill. It used to be decent, but now it’s not worth it. Barely put chicken on the BBQ chicken pizza. No Buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken sandwich. Then charged extra for the sauce when i mentioned it.

The young man on the phone was sweet but I ordered online for delivery and I got a call that the website shouldn’t have let me order because their delivery guy wouldnt be there until 4 and my lunch break would have been over by then so I had to cancel my order and the refund will take 72-112 hours the young man informed me I could pickup but I do not have my vehicle at work today due to it being repaired. I think the website needs to allow associates to say when delivery is and is not available so that no money or time is wasted waiting for your food. It didn’t seem to be an employee error but more a system error. Do better Dominoes because your employees are having to correct your mistakes and deal with dissatisfied customers due to there not being a way to make delivery temporarily unavailable through the website.
