Everyone is always quick to leave a bad review without giving opportunity for the store to fix their mistake, which this store ALWAYS does. I had a great last two visits. First one, I did a mobile order, and it took a little longer than expected due to other customers causing confusion with their questions. Grace was communicative with me, apologized for my wait (which, no biggie it happens!) and handled each customer with kindness (even the ones causing the unnecessary confusion.

We are not from Moosic but visit this Starbucks every time we need to go to Geisinger. Today we ordered a Venti vanilla latte and a grande matcha latte, along with two cake pops. It costed 18.66 for this. When we got to the window we were given a chai latte. I told the barista of the mistake. I understand it’s annoying to remake a drink but it’s not what we ordered. When my son was done drinking his drink that took two seconds we realized how full the cup was packed with ice. These drinks are expensive to only have 2 ounces of liquid in them. I tried to contact hq who advised that we go back to the store, but we live an hour away. I paid over 5 dollars for ice. I’ll post pics as soon as I can get them to upload. The ice is less than an inch from the top of the cup.

Starbucks Moosic, PA (The Shoppes Blvd) This is the BEST STARBUCKS EVER !!!!!! 11/10 !! The BEST staff, fast, friendly….. I can’t say enough ! We are Canadian but we will make sure to add this to our stops every time we head down this way !! Thank you Lisa and staff ! You’re the BEST !

My team and I are visiting from out of town and just had a terrible experience at this Starbucks in Scranton. The manager interrupted my friends to say to please stop cussing. We weren’t having a conversation with the manager or being overbearing or being disrespectful. We were laughing and we were having a private conversation. We weren’t cussing at people in the Starbucks. So if they wanted to refuse service that’s fine too. Never going here again! I thought Starbucks was supposed to be inclusive. We weren’t being rude or harassing any employees or people. There was only 2 people besides us at the Starbucks so 6 of us. This was just completely wild to me.

Good service, clean bathrooms, clean dining room, drink was ok. I ordered a cold brew and they were out so I got an iced americano with sweet cream. I had to ask for more cream and it tasted less better.

Visited the one on Montage Mountain Road. Asked for two Chai Tea Lattes. Paid $11 for a couple of flavorless plain teas. Apparently corporate training doesn’t extend to Scranton. The free tea bag at the Marriott had as much flavor.

Coffee was good. But I was ignored by the entire staff. Placed an app order for pick up. I was unfamiliar with their process for this and it took several minutes for one of the workers to acknowledge me and tell me how to receive my order.
