i order the same drink all the time and 9/10 it is NEVER made right. i always ask for caramel drizzle (and pay extra for it) and it literally never has caramel drizzle. if someone is paying for it, make sure you give it to them.

went through the drive thru at around 9:00 AM July 26, 2023 for a latte. Servic was not great. Drive through attendant was clearly not happy to be there or even alive. Given the current economy and how expensive Starbucks is you would think they would want customers to have a pleasant experience. On an high note had great service at the Duncan Doughnuts on Atherton Street the day before. Staff was great and happy to have my business.

I have never once been to this drive-thru and made it through in under 30 minutes. Why?? I know there’s one inside target but PLEASE put another one on this side of town with a drive-thru option, or at least have spots for those who order ahead so someone can run drinks out to them. A few months ago they implemented tipping when you pay with your credit card at the drive-thru. You basically have to pull the card machine into your car to see the screen to select “yes” or “no”. What a hassle I gotta touch that nasty thing. What service did you exactly provide to me that warrants a tip? You aren’t a server making $3/hr. You don’t make consistently good drinks and half the time you have an attitude. What an insane tip culture we live in that I have to be hassled at the drive-thru now.

Unprofessional. It’s unsanitary and you are not even allowed to be wearing sleeveless shirts or tanktops in food service. No where allows this. I think this location needs to brush up on their servsafe certifications… I won’t be returning, there’s plenty of other locations that I won’t have to worry about arm pit hairs.
