I have been to this Starbucks a couple times and it’s usually very busy on the weekends which I understand. However, tonight, I was in the area a little later than usual and I checked on line to see their hours and it said they closed at 9 PM. I walked in at 8:43 with 17 minutes left till close and I was told that they were already closed even though the door was unlocked and I walked in. They asked me if I had mobile ordered which means if I would have mobile order, they would have made my coffee at the same time but since I walked into order in person, they clearly didn’t want to make my order. I have worked in restaurants before and understand trying to clean up and get ready to close on time. However, the hours are the hours for a reason and you should still be trying to serve customers till you are actually closed, and if she would have asked me what I wanted, I simply wanted a black cup of iced coffee which would have taken her less than a minute to make.

Came to this Starbucks for the first time ever to have a business meeting and much to my chagrin, the lobby was closed. Just a handwritten note on the front door to let customers know. If that is the case, I do believe the Starbucks should close for the day. It’s not the pandemic any more to have the inside sitting closed off to the public.

Visited the waterfront location today during breakfast hours, where I am a regular customer. They were running behind with orders due to a lot of new staff. As a result of the delay, the manager apologized PROFUSELY and passed out FREE cake pops and brownies for our inconvenience. That location is the EPITOME of fantastic customer service. Kudos to the Waterfront Starbucks in Homestead!!!!!

This is the only busy Starbucks I’ve been to. The poor staff is all overworked and seem constantly defeated. (Which, considering how rude, entitled, and generally awful the average customer is i dont blame them)Maybe consider working more than 2-3 people to support the flow of customers in such a busy shopping (outdoor) mall. This location makes money; try investing some of that into your employees and your filthy, worn down shack of a building. It’s definitely overdue for a remodel.

Service was great. The guy was really nice and welcoming. Had great vibes while in there. It wasn’t busy when I went, first time here. It was a steady pace of people flowing in and out. I barely waited for my drink. Which was made excellent by the way which I appreciated considering last two Starbucks I went to they did not make my drink the way I like it. I don’t usually come out this way I am out here for a job interview and stopped here on my way in. If I decide this job is a good fit I will be making this my go to Starbucks if the service is consistent with how my experience was today.

This location is not the best and not the worst. It tends to get busy, and the wait time to receive your order can be quite frustrating if you are on a schedule. The staff are friendly and work hard to complete orders.
