The guy at the drive through window first thing in the morning is always extremely nice. Went today and was told to hold on a second, I waited, it was early so I let out a cough to clear my throat. I can totally see how it came off rude lol but it was genuine. The other worker in the store didn’t realize she was on the microphone and was gossiping about me. Drove off because I didn’t want her making my coffee after that. I get coffee at this location every day on my way to work.

Love the design! Great tables to work at and unlike most other stores they don’t BLAST the music – so one can actually work or have good conversation. One thing that is needed though – please clean your tables at least once an hour! Was there the other day – all tables were dirty when i came in. I cleaned my own. Stayed for 3 hours (bought 2 ventis and a sandwich). In 3 hours no one still cleaned tables. Not even after shift change. The store was not that busy. Bathroom was also dirty. Otherwise staff were great and i will come back – but please – more attention to cleanliness.

The customers that come in for regular coffee shouldn’t have to wait 10-20 minutes when you come into the store to get black coffee poured into a cup ??? Just do it at the register like you used to. It takes 12 seconds ♂️ it takes as long as stopping to sneeze . All the other fancy drinks take time I get it but regular coffee in a cup …… it takes seconds

I don’t know if they rushed to make my drink but it did not taste like a Starbucks drink at all was very disappointed I expect better from Starbucks charging me all that money and rushing to make my order and then it’s not good on top of everything else

Do not waste your time on this location. Mobile ordering is always on, but the cafe is usually closed. They make you wait in the drive thru. Defeating the purpose of mobile ordering. Drinks are usually cold and unfriendly staff.

Another busy location, but like so many other Starbuck locations. I encourage you to download the app, and order ahead of time. This app allows you to accumulate points, so you can redeem for free food items or special add ons to your coffee. This location has a dining area, but I am not sure if this area is open to the public. I only come here using the drive thru window.
