I’m not going to comment on the food extensively. The photos show the obvious. Everything tasted 100% as expected and consistent with taste from repeated visits over the last 30 years.
My comments are more so on service and the building. This not a location I would normally go to but it was were we were for an event.
Booths that can comfortably fit 8 people is a pleasant thing.
Pricing is interesting. The tavern burgers, kids meals, portion sizes, bottomless sides, dressings, sauces are all on par and plentiful. My favorite chicken platter seems expensive but it’s seriously three meals, so actually very well priced.
Building is obviously newer and very clean. The front door looks underwhelmingly like a side door. The waiting area was super small. Could not comfortably fit more than a couple waiting parties.
The hostess was MIA and a few parties walked out after waiting with no one coming to seat them.
The server (Rebecca)/ busser/ food runner/ were all FANTASTIC!
As a former employee (24 years ago at a different location) I realized why I was a great server. Red Robin knows how to train (is Anna Ferris still in the training video? Ha!). Not once did the server come by without delivering something to someone, prebussing even the smallest item, like a straw wrapper. The food runners also prebussed and removed things after delivering food to every table. No empty glasses, fry baskets, plates, used napkins left on a tables, ever. Drinks were refilled without request.
Food quality, consistently good. Rewards program great.
But best part was the service provided. Good job Rebecca and staff and Red Robin!

Never been here before. It was my sister’s B day. And she wanted to come here. The burgers were fantastic. I am not a fry person, but they were good. The ranch dressing the best I ever tasted. I had butter/garlic broccoli for a side. My sister had traditional fries. The place is super clean, even the restrooms. The staff very professional and helpful. Great place.

Our very first experience at this Red Robin location as we are new to the state of Arizona and I most say that we are very happy with the experience, Food was great and the service from Daphne was above and beyond. I will definitely be making this our family restaurant spot.

We visited here for the first time on 12-16-23. The hostess was great by giving us a booth like we wanted. She tried to give us the high table but she was great by giving us the table we prefer for four of us. Our waitress was Alyssa. She was amazing by checking on us. She kept up the drinks and made sure we had our fries and the special sauce. Alyssa has that amazing customer service I look for when I go to a restaurant with my family. That customer service is what WILL keep us coming back. Our food was delicious. I recommend the blue burger it was very tasty. The pizza, fish and chicken strips were also delicious. I hope the GM gives kudos to Alyssa for her amazing customer service.

Bad experience
A Red Robin i go to a lot with my mom and dad.
We normally get the 9.99 big yummy double deal.
Today we ordered the smashburger deal thinking it was $9.99.
I received an email recently that Red Robin sent out expanded dinners to the 9.99 deal.
Starting at 9.99 is where they get you.
The email is very deceiving.
I ordered three smashburger deals on the well done side.
They all came back burnt black.
My mom took a couple bites and it was so dry she couldn’t finish it.
Me and my dad agreed it was burnt.
We ate ours anyway thinking it was $9.99.
Not Worth 16.99 for that big yummy deal.
I can’t even imagine the price if it wasn’t a yummy deal.
Horrible advertising online emails.
The service was good the waitress was good. I can still taste the burnt black burger in my mouth.
I called corporate and they weren’t very sympathetic they said they would pass it on to the right department.

Review for Red Robin – Glendale Avenue, Arizona
I recently visited Red Robin on Glendale Avenue, and while the restaurant had the familiar atmosphere you would expect from the chain, my dining experience left a lot to be desired.
I ordered a bacon burger with steak fries and specifically requested the fries to be extra crispy. Unfortunately, when my meal arrived, the fries were soggy, which really took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, I ordered the fried pickles, but they were overwhelmingly salty, making them almost inedible. I managed to eat only about five or six before giving up on the order entirely.
It seems like the kitchen staff might benefit from a little extra training to ensure consistency in food quality. Compared to other Red Robin locations I’ve visited, this one didn’t quite meet the standard of excellence I’ve come to expect from their menu.
That being said, the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant were commendable. The storefront was well-maintained, the dining area—including booths and tables—was clean and welcoming, and the restrooms were in good condition. The parking lot was also well-kept.
Overall, while the service and cleanliness were satisfactory, the food quality was disappointing. I hope this location can improve its kitchen consistency to provide the great food Red Robin is known for.

Jelly Donut
Don’t offer pick up if it’s such an inconvenience. We picked up within 15 minutes of ordering. Soda was pretty much water, fries were cold and soggy. Chicken was over cooked and rock hard and cold. The only fresh item was the mozzarella twists and they were disgusting. Hopefully when you go out of business something good goes in this building.

This red robin is just like every other one. This location is still super new and working on finding their rhythm. My family and I came here before going to an event at the stadium. We came in well before any dinner rush, and the service was terrible. I never got my zucchini fries. The manager brought me the food and said it was coming, never did, and then argued with me when I asked for it to be taken off the bill. Good thing I took pictures of the orders. They offer bottomless fries but take forever to get any refills. The restaurant and bathrooms are super clean. The scorpion burger lettuce wrapped is mine, and the hubby’s go-to, and it’s decent, not spicy at all. The gluten-free pizza is a big order and only has 1 size. This is something you should plan to share. My daughter and niece wanted onion rings and again did not initially get them and had to remind the staff about the mistake. The food didn’t come out at once but in batches. This place just really isn’t worth going to. There are much better burger places in the area.

Ainsley, our server, was an absolute sweetheart! Even though the place was very chaotic, she still managed to take excellent care of us. Her friendly and attentive service really stood out. It’s clear she knows how to handle a busy environment with ease. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service
