I order a pineapple passion fruit blended drink with strawberry, when I arrived at the location the drink was made wrong with no strawberries and was made iced not blended. The worker asked how I wanted re made and she took my original drink dumped it into the blender and added strawberries, the drink looks like puke was not mixed correctly due to ice been already melting, the “blend “ drink was very water down it looks like a regular drink with no ice , very disappointed on Starbucks and their drinks made on the fly

Be prepared to wait. Since this is 1 of 2 places around the area it is always busy. Starbucks is opening another location with a drive thru in the next plaza across the street.

Order a white mocha iced and it tastes terrible with a weird aftertaste. I don’t know if it was different coffee beans or if they didn’t wash the equipment properly, but don’t waste your time here.

I spend about 80 to 100 dollars a week at Starbucks. And I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years. I will not step foot in that place again. The manager and another employee pointing at me and laughing while I walk in. When I say never that’s means I’ll never shop at that McKinley location again. And if I experience this again I’ll stop going to Starbucks all together. I pay 8 dollars for a coffee to get laughed at by employees. What a dump

The service at this location is wonderful!! Unfortunately they’re “sold out” of most of what I tried to order, and the bakery item I did buy was stale. I wish the availability of items & quality of food matched the level of service.
