There can sometimes be a long wait. Best to order ahead on the app. Check your drink before leaving to make sure it is made the way you like it. Servers are very friendly.

Placed a mobile order at 9:00pm and google says they close @10pm. Manager quickly told myself along with other young girls we need to leave because they are closed. Completely disregarded my mobile order saying they never received it and gave me a refund.

Why are they wearing AirPods? And why did the girl at the bar have her hair all out? I asked for a warmed chocolate croissant and the chocolate was hard and cold in the middle. It wasn’t busy at all so I don’t know why it couldn’t be heated up all the way. The girl who made my drink was rude and poured the milk into the blender which made sense why my frap tasted more liquidity than an actual frap. The floor was disgusting. It all just seemed lazy and it wasn’t busy.

I visited this location last night and had to cancel my drink order. A giant cockroach came from behind the machine which makes the drinks. The cockroach was casually walking on top of the machine. I brought it to the attention of the barista, who quickly wiped it off with the same white cloth used to wipe the counters. The store needs to be fumigated and a little more attention to cleaning and replacing those towels used to clean.

For such a prime location the service at this Starbucks is not very good. I personally witness the staff screw up 3 orders while I waited for mine. They are pleasant to deal with, but slow. Being so slow you would think, they could at least get the drinks right, but no. From improperly making drinks, to mixing up orders(including mobile), the Saturday staff definitely needs a reset. The Starbucks in Fleetwood is much better.

Too noisy, definitely not a good place to study. Plus there are only 2 parking spaces that you can use so you probably will have to pay the meter, unless it’s after 7pm or Sundays. I ordered my food on the app and after I long time I went to check and they hadn’t even seen the order. It took a long time for it to get ready. Not coming back anytime soon.
