I ordered.a Flamethrower burger with no tomato or cheese and I got a dry burger!
Also the fries were cold! I mean it’s really not hard to read the order that someone places!

I ordered a cheeseburger combo meal, a side of pretzel sticks, and a small blizzard. I got to the window and paid and they told me to pull up because the fries weren’t ready yet, so I did. 30 minutes go by and I decide to go ahead and pull around again because they had obviously forgotten about me. I pull up and they look very confused and I tell them the situation. They ask what I had. I tell them and they say that they will make it right away. It took less than one minute for them to make my food and give it to me. The pretzel sticks are tiny compared to normal and they didn’t give my receipt back. I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought this deserved one.

I came to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard and left wondering if I had just witnessed the Avengers of fast food in action—Natalie, Kaylee, Aaron, and Kenzie were an unstoppable force of friendliness, efficiency, and ice cream excellence. Natalie and Kaylee took my order like pros on a mission, Aaron was clearly running the back like a commander in a delicious dessert operation, and Kenzie delivered my food with the grace and confidence of someone who *knows* the fries are perfectly salted. I don’t know what kind of magical team-building ritual they’ve done, but it’s working—10/10 would let them run the country (or at least my next snack break).

This is the worst DQ I have ever been to the food took 20 mins for us to get it and the hamburgers was thrown together and the bread was hard as can be and it wouldn’t even melt the cheese on the burger they didn’t have any sweet tea the tomato had brown spots on it and the lettuce was brown and wilted mine was a bacon burger and it had a small slither of a piece of bacon I think they should shut this DQ down.

If Dairy Queen had saints, there is an employee that could quite possibly be labeled as the patron saint of service and soft serve. That particular employees name is Aaron. What he demonstrates behind that counter is nothing short of “shokunin kishitsu,” the craftsman’s spirit perfected in the sacred art of Blizzards and cones. Every swirl of ice cream, every perfectly mixed Blizzard, every kind word to a customer carries the weight of years of discipline and pride in his craft.
Local legend whispers that before arriving in Jackson, Aaron journeyed to the mythical mountains of the Cascades, where he scaled peaks shrouded in mist and silence. There, high above the clouds, he sought wisdom from the ancient spirits of cold and cream. For forty nights he practiced, learning the sacred balance of sweetness and swirl, until even the winds themselves bowed to his mastery. When he descended, he carried with him not only the technique of the Blizzard but the spirit of perfection that lives in every treat he serves today.
Walking into this Dairy Queen feels less like a fast-food stop and more like stepping into a temple where Aaron quietly, humbly performs miracles one order at a time. I’ve seen royalty receive less care and precision than what he delivers to each customer who walks through these doors. Truly, it is written: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Blizzard mixed by Aaron.”
To call him an employee would be a disservice. He is an artisan, a master, a legend walking among us in Jackson, GA. May his example be studied, his dedication remembered, and his Blizzards enjoyed for generations to come.

Behold, all who travel weary! For I bring forth the tale of Aaron of Dairy Queen, servant of neither man nor god, but of destiny itself. He stands in Jackson, Georgia, wielding the Blizzard Spoon of Frostbane, forged from starlight and the frozen ice from the highest peak of Mount Everfrost.
When I approached the counter, the air grew still. The lights flickered. A hush fell upon the earth. For Aaron does not just serve, he anoints. And when he placed the Blizzard in my hand, I knew I held not just a dessert, but a relic of cosmic power, swirling with the last embers of creation.
It has been surely stated that when the world ends, when fire rains from the skies and oceans boil, only one beacon will remain: the Dairy Queen of Jackson. And within its sacred walls, Aaron will stand unyielding, guarding the final Blizzard against the void. Those who are worthy shall taste it and know eternity. Those unworthy will be cast into the shadows, forever craving what they can never touch.
Mark my words, future wanderer: if you survive the fall of empires and the silence of the stars, seek this place. Enter the temple of Dairy Queen. Find the keeper of sweetness. Speak his name in reverence.
Aaron.
The Blizzard Bringer.
The Guardian of the Last Dessert.
The Eternal Flame in the Cold of the End.

I highly recommend they Stop selling Pretzels!! I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never gotten this!… How can they be Hard and Soggy at the same time?? This particular location I’ve been to Twice and still the same results! So either the food is being handled improperly or the Staff just don’t care!

Got the flame thrower meal with the anticipation of dipping strips into ice cream, get back to work and no ice cream dipping sauce was in my box.

Food was fresh, chicken tenders and fries were great along with the ice cream choices. The line moved pretty quickly, and customer service was good as well both times I came through!
