I mean I have to be honest they were rude for no reason just I just smiled and took my drink. Maybe they were having a day or something so I guess it’s ok but just to be sure I’ll go to another Starbucks next time lol. The latte was good just didn’t like how rude they were.

Customer service was very bad, I ordered Caramel ribbon crunch and in the picture it had whip cream on top but never did. They didn’t call the name, and when they finally did, they said whole different name. I wish I could get a refund.

I would say the Cafe Americano I ordered was the worst coffee ever, but I’m pretty sure there was no coffee actually in the cup! I saw the guy pour in hot water, the my requested splash of half & half – and that’s exactly what it tasted like: hot water with a splash of half & half!

Service is slow because they need more staff to manage the drive thru, online orders and walk in customers. Standard food portions are small. Atmosphere is a bit hectic.

Waited 25 minutes for warmed pastries. I thought they would be faster to get and consume than making and eating a real breakfast. Boy was I wrong. Warmed bakery item orders should be on a separate queue than custom drinks because they don’t require as much employee time, have less room for error, and can earn customer satisfaction much more easily. Starbucks is a stupid, poorly optimized establishment.

Wow I don’t know where to begin …. The whole team is outstanding I came through the drive thru the other day and the greetings they gave was awesome. Everyone spoke to the children I had in the car and put their names on the top of the drinks which put a huge smile on their faces . I just want to say I appreciate you guys so much . Oh and the way the pink drink with strawberry is the bomb AMAZING 1 more thing thanks for being kid friendly Esha

Ordered two pike coffees on the app and it wasn’t even ready after 45 min. The baristas looked overwhelmed and there was such a backlog of orders. First time ever having an issue with this Starbucks. I wish the app gave the option to refund because they took my money and I didn’t have the time to wait for my coffees. So much for online ordering.
