Last week I had an awful experience here at Platform Coffee House! First off, are you ever open? I’ve tried to come a few times now and it’s always closed!! Second off, I tried the orange cream finally once they were finally open, but only tasted cream. Where’s the orange? Thirdly, the service here was absolutely terrible girls constantly on their phones, and acted like I was an inconvenience to even be there! Plus the tall blonde didn’t even look up from her phone once! Are you paying these girls to sit there on phones because I’d love to get paid for doing NOTHING! Lastly, the floors and area just looked very dirty. I was expecting a nice little local coffee shop as I recently moved here and I’m not much of a complainer but overall was just a horrible experience. However, one girl did offer to remake my orange cream drink and was super kind to me that I had to ask for her name, Reba was excellent to me and I hope in the future more girls act like her. I will not be back, If you’re even open. Thank you Reba for fixing others mistakes and making me happy. The drink did taste so much better and I could actually taste ORANGE! 2/10 experience for me. I had to rate 1 star or else there would be 0 stars from me.

I was surprised that they made their strawberry smoothie with strawberry preserves. It was super sugary and not appetizing, mcds smoothies tastes better
I threw them away.. I bought two, so I’m upset on the waste of money. I didn’t realize until I was driving out of town what my kids were drinking.. i had my sister run in and grab drinks for us. Their matcha latte was good though and I’ve had their hot lattes before which are also good. Just wish they used fresh fruit for their smoothies? The picture is me not drinking it because ew.

This is the BEST coffee ☕️ EVER!! It makes Starbucks look like Tim Hortons. They have a huge selection of flavors, your choice of milk including homemade delicious whipped cream.

Just stopped by passing through on our way to Dayton 7/05/2024, 4:40pm. I ordered a Beach Bum Latte and my wife ordered the Loco Coco Latte. Both were delicious. The young lady working was knowledgeable about the products and as I observed her making the drinks, I noticed she was very exacting in how she crafted everything.

After a long day at work I couldn’t wait to get my hands on a cup of this delectable coffee. I’m always a bit nervous going into new places because I never know what to order. Not here! I’m always welcomed and assisted so pleasantly by your wonderful staff. Today Alyssa was wonderful in helping me find a beverage I’d enjoy and even some amazing beeswax candle sticks! Wonderful experience all around that truly made my day! Thanks!

Friendly service, great coffee and delicious pastries. I love that they are introducing food items to their menu I love their drinks and now food to pair them is just perfect. They have great healthy snacks for my little girl too. Definitely going to keep coming back.

Very nice shop. Food and coffee were great but lots of young girls distracted by their phones. I walked up to order and the young lady was on her phone for about 30 seconds and without looking at me, she said “ hi what can I get you” while continuing to text. Another girl was making an order while both the cashier and another girl in the back both were on their phones. The other girl finished with the drink she was making and the girl who initially took my order asked me what I had again after about 5 minutes and then started making the drink. They were sweet enough but phones make the atmosphere unapproachable and the customer feel like they are the ones impending on your time. Just some feedback. Beautiful shop nonetheless, great coffee, and the blueberry muffin was delicious.

I ordered the resting witch face energy drink, and I paid $6.44 for24 oz. It tastes really good, but I’m positive that it doesn’t have strawberry flavor, but I don’t mind it. It tastes like blackberry and blueberry. I will definitely be back.

The green tea with mint was so fabulous and refreshing. The strawberry, blueberry, and buckeye doughnuts are so tasty. They don’t taste like doughnuts they taste like a cake with the sweet icing. The blueberry doughnuts have whole blueberries inside. Very scrumptious. Seriously have to try this place.
