I visited the Starbucks at the Thomas Edison location in New Jersey and simply asked Michael to remake my order. I could see that he was clearly upset at the request and proceeded to slide my order across the counter in a most demeaning manner. My cup was dripping on the outside and I had to be handed a napkin to clean up Michael’s mess by another associate, who kept apologizing for his behavior.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’ve already had a few bad experiences here. I placed an online order and was hopping to have items ready upon arrival but on one drink was ready and had to wait way over 30mins for the second drink along with food items which were cold. Hope they can manage online mobile orders better in the future.
