I had lunch at The Garden recently and the place genuinely impressed me. The setting is beautiful, with a calm, polished atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. My guests ordered a few of the mains and were very happy with their food and the presentation. I kept it light with coffee and ice cream and both were excellent. The service team deserves credit for being attentive without hovering. Overall, it’s a refined spot for a quiet lunch and definitely worth a visit.

I absolutely loved my experience at The Garden. The staff were so kind and attentive — from the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The decor is stunning — lush plants, beautiful trees, and soft lighting that makes the whole space feel like a serene oasis right in the middle of the city. It’s such an elegant and chic spot for a meal, whether you’re meeting friends or just taking a peaceful break from the NYC buzz.

And I have to mention the Matcha — it was incredible. So smooth, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. I’d honestly come back just for that alone. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a little escape paired with amazing service and ambiance.

Very welcoming ambiance—peaceful, cozy, and with a touch of class. The breakfast was average, which is fairly typical for such hotels in the U.S., but the coffee stood out and was truly excellent. Service was top-notch; the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.
That said, I might not choose to eat here again mainly due to the limited menu and the overall taste of the food.

Stopped in for lunch. The atmosphere and staff were what you would expect from the four seasons, top notch. The food on the other hand was, I’ll say slightly above average, and that’s me being polite. I’m likely biased as a result of frequenting Ravello’s restaurant in the Four Seasons Orlando. If you haven’t eaten there, you need to fly into Orlando immediately and do so. Seriously.
In New York We sampled a Winter Salad, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Polpette della Nonna, and Fussili alla Bolognese. To be fair the Polpette della Nonna was quite good.
As a side note the non-alcoholic Opzione Zero Spritz was amazing.

Today just wasn’t our day. It started with something simple — we asked for water with no ice, and somehow it came exactly the opposite. Then we waited about 40 minutes for our appetizers because our server mixed up our order (they apologized, but still). After that we ordered steaks, and the doneness was way off from what we asked for. The cocktails were also just… fine — honestly, the kind of drinks you could get at any basic spot. For a high-end restaurant, we expected a much better overall experience.

It’s a nice hotel lobby restaurant with good service. We ordered pastas for a brunch and they were both delicious (tomato basil and seafood). But I would say the pre-meal bread was too cold and dry, I hope they improve it.

It’s pricey here but we really enjoyed our breakfast and a bit of calm from the city for an hour. Staff we so good, really attentive and friendly. We weren’t staying at the hotel so had a bit of imposter syndrome however we weren’t staying treated really well.

Almost a five-star experience.
The burger was good—definitely enjoyable—but it didn’t quite hit that five-star mark for me. More like a solid four. Tasty, but not something I’d go out of my way to come back for.

Now, the service? Absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better. And the atmosphere was great—really loved the vibe of the place.
