Me and my cousin came to starbucks this morning and i asked G if she could give me any drink of her choosing. G excitedly accommodated my request and she explained her thought process behind the drink she made for me. We were really impressed by how she mixed the dark caramel in the cold foam and she was so kind and personable at the window!! Such a great experience all thanks to G!!!!!!

Over $10 for a latte and a cookie.. then the drive thru attendant has the audacity to hand me a card reader asking for a tip. Since when do we have to tip drive thru attendants now? If I go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell, they don’t try guilting me into tipping them in the drive thru. The multi billion dollar corporation of Starbucks can’t afford to pay their employees a fair wage? Drive thru is always backed up in the morning as well. Don’t ask me to tip you when I’m picking up my food thru a drive thru. Thank you.

Starbucks is always a hectic environment. The staff at this location still somehow are cordial and courteous. I’ve never gotten an incorrect order. And both the drivethru and interior are always open.

I am not a person to leave reviews, especially not bad reviews. As a former Starbucks employee I am very disappointed. I am disappointed in the customer service and taste of my drinks. Sadly this has not been my only bad experience but one of MANY!! We all have bad days and I’ve given it so many chances only to be disappointed. I know what it feels like to be on the other side, how stressful it can be especially during busy times. I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as I know my drink will be worth it! Perhaps some re-training would be beneficial to the store and it’s employees.
