Ellie is wonderful, so warm and welcoming. Every morning I go in and she knows my name and face and order by heart and always has it ready, welcomes me by name with a friendly smile and shows me where my mobile order is. This location is close to home but I work in Mount Laurel and I’d rather be 5 minutes late to work and come here to a warm friendly environment than go to ML. Great location!

This is the first time I see Starbucks where cleanliness is overlooked. The employee serving Drive true tied his shoes on the counter. There were also some empty glasses in the garden and the sinks were very neglected. There was no soap, the floors were not clean. I will definitely not come again.

I had a mid day break from work and wanted to try this iced matcha latte with chai. The drive thru was hectic and since there are 2 entrances that funnel into the drive thru, it was really packed. I saw this viral iced matcha latte recipe and it was horrible. The color was extremely off from what I’ve seen virally and the taste was 1/5.

Cannot wait for the new Starbucks to open in Mount Laurel. Just went thru drive thru at 545 am and the young lady with red hair very cold and unfriendly. Didn’t say good morning nor said thank you. Normally y’all exceed my expectations or at least meet them… This morning, was a bust… Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but not what I ordered. I didn’t have time to turn around and get it fixed. I drank it because I don’t like to waste drinks or money. I was very disappointed. Normally when I order Mocha Drizzle, it’s all over the cup, and I love it! But I think they just completely forgot the Mocha pumps and drizzle. There was no Mocha flavor at all. I’m a Chocoholic! I got the same thing last month from another store and blew me away with how amazing it was! It was just a little upsetting today. This will not deter me from continuing to order from y’all tho. People aren’t always on point. Again, it was good, just not quite what I ordered.

We ordered two medium sized mocha cookie crumble frappucinos, but I didn’t see cookies in the drink. Both drinks had chocolate chips. Seems like we got wrong beverages. It did say “Gr Moc Cookie Frap” on the sticker however… The drink was delicious, but I wish my order was done right.
