One of my favorite burger places. Far superior to any fast food spots. I usually get the little burger because it is a good size. The fries they give are very generous with an extra overflow in the bag. I usually share it with others because it’s big enough. Order ahead with the app to save time. My main complaint is that the price has risen a lot over the years where a burger and fries here is about the same as many sit down restaurants.

Food is always good but I swear I could give them 25 minutes at opening with no customers in there and my pickup order still isn’t ready. I keep giving more time, (8, 12, 15 min) and every single time I show up, it’s never ready. Ever. Even if the place is empty. Is it standard 5 guys procedure to wait until someone shows up to start their fries and make them wait almost 10 minutes? Seems like it. Makes planning difficult.

GUYS! This is a game changer! So like most people trying to be healthier I started a journey but also like most people, who doesn’t crave a burger? And that comes with all kinds of guilt, I failed, I ruined my healthy eating, this is too hard. Five guys has burger BOWLS….no bun, literally half the calories of a small burger is in the bun, now I can load up on lettuce, choose a few extra toppings and its become all the burger I crave in a salad! I can’t stop talking about this, I tell everyone now. Best idea guys, way to go!

It should not cost $50 for two people to have two burgers, two shakes, and one fry
Consider reducing the cost and I’ll come here more often, and/or actually offer customers rewards like the other chains, the app just has the ability to order. No points for free food or coupons

Awesome place for legit hamburgers with awesome vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the smoky patties on top of grill onions. Highly recommended!

We ordered for pick up. We didn’t wait long when we got there. The staff was great, loved the fact that they waited to cook our fries until we got there so they were hot. When we got home we all enjoyed the food, it was really great. 5 Guys is a bit pricey but if it’s that good everytime it’s worth it. Nice job, hope our next visit is just a great!
