This place is abysmally slow, it’s been a problem for months. If you don’t order on the app you’re waiting around 10 minutes (sometimes LONGER!!) even if you just ordered a coffee off the menu with no substitutions. If you don’t use the app, save yourself ~8min and go to Dunkin across the street.
