I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Starbucks on North St. in Danbury, CT. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and the dining area was unkempt and dirty. But what was even worse than the state of the store was the poor service. The staff were standing around chatting with each other while customers were waiting to be served. I have never experienced such poor service at a Starbucks before. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I will not be returning.

I had a lovely brunch with friends this week and had to take the time to leave feedback for the excellent customer service we received while there. The staff worked together and everyone was in a great mood, happy to help the customers and each other. Our food and drinks were served quickly and efficiently and it was nice to observe people act like they enjoy their work, working diligently but with great attitudes. We truly enjoyed our time.

One of the most convenient Starbucks in Danbury. Right off the highway, usually has a good amount of staff and a very efficient drive through. The parking lot is a little hard to get around, but besides that it’s always been great!

Going to any Starbucks as a black person a hold is a risky thing to do. Against better judgement I went anyways for a hot chocolate. The only warming interaction was with the male clerk. Everyone else was too hustle or bustle to speak. I waited for my hot chocolate, it was served bitter to taste with no heat sleeve. The kicker was watching the iced beverage next to it along with another Hot beverage come with not only a sleeve but decency. Asking for sugar was a task yet the lovely white lady who spilled an entire order with little to no effort was “no bother” to the same batista who ignored me. Look at karma working out! Wonderfully reaffiring why I shouldn’t do business outside of my community

I’ve been using a gift card lately and frankly I am shocked by the exorbitant high prices and long lines. Even when we got to the window and finally got our beverage, we were completely ignored for over ten minutes waiting for a chocolate chip cookie which I did not want hot because I knew it would take more time. What do they hand me? A great bag with a super overheated cookie!!
