I come to this Starbucks once in a while, whenever my husband and I go to the casino. There’s an older lady that works at this location and she is typically unpleasant but during my encounter yesterday, I witnessed her behavior being beyond unacceptable. Firstly, while I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard a conversation with a customer where this older lady was being very confrontational towards the customer because he commented on her bad attitude. She then blatantly disregarding his feelings in the matter and then refused to serve him, she walked away from the situation entirely and left the two other young ladies to handle the entire lobby which was full. Once I had gotten my order as well as my husbands, we both talked about the situation quietly and maybe 5-10 minutes later, the older lady was back with her attitude. you would think that she would of taken time to reevaluate her attitude towards others but she began to yell at one of the employees in front of everyone. The young lady handled the situation well for someone being yelled at by who I would assume is their higher up. I wish I could of gotten the name of that poor employee who was being belittled, I can only imagine how horrible that was for her considering how uncomfortable it was even for me as a customer. Nobody deserves to be treated like that especially being belittled in front of a full lobby of customers. I will never come back to this location, they need a serious rework of their management team.

Pre ordered coffee still waited over 10 min. There was no big crowd. 1 other person who was also standing around waiting, and 2 service people behind counter. This was at Foxwoods Casino. Dunkin’s was much better.

Food wasn’t bad. Getting what was ordered was tough. 1 sandwich. Looked like newer employee getting the sandwich to microwave. Wrong sandwich, charged for 2, refund, charged for 2 again, gave up…Payed for 2! He had lots of help there….but seems to be thrown out to learn alone.

If I could give zero stars i would. Online shows 10pm closing, I was there at 925 and was told the two people being waited on were the last two people because they were closing. I guess Starbucks has enough money that they didn’t need mine. Dunkin would never treat a customer this way. Very unimpressed. Especially because I was “yelled” at as I was trying to walk in.

The Starbucks closest to the food court has the best employees out of any food establishment in foxwoods. Even if its busy with a line, they are quick and efficient. I was there today around 5pm, the girl behind the counter took orders at the register and also made drinks, so there was noone waiting too long. She was smart, polite and thorough. Also the male manager there is always very pleasant! Maybe I heard the female employees name was Desiree? .. anyway great service! Thank you guys for your hard work, its noticed and very appreciated.

Employee service wasn’t good. I was trying to order a matcha frappe and the cashier was speaking very very quietly and i didn’t know what he was saying or if he got my order or not. I don’t know if they label the amount of sweetener on the cup but when i asked for only a half pump, they didnt label it on the cup.

Over priced. Was charged for lattes when I ordered tea. And was told it’s the same price. 27.00. Service was horrible with an attitude. Plus they closed 20 minutes early.
