The morning shift staff are VERY kind and always make sure your food is exactly as it should be. However, the younger staff that works in the evenings have yet to do the same for their customers. I haven’t gone back in the evening hours in almost a year now, and tonight I figured I’d give them another shot. I ordered a grilled chicken salad! Simple enough, right? What I got was WELL overcooked chicken, about a SOLID pound of cheese, four large slices of tomato, and a SPRINKLE of lettuce. I received 4 packs of crackers and TWO were open with nothing in them, my napkins were greasy, and my ONE ranch was expired. Wards, you should really have your younger staff supervised, or replace them all all-together. I didn’t plan to spend $12 on CHEESE.

If you order a chili cheese dog request light onions, otherwise it’ll be a covered in so much onions it’ll literally drown out everything on it… The corn dogs and fries are good .. i stopped getting the burgers b/c they were always done sloppy and not enough meat for the ridiculous price. The service is friendly and fast every time.

They hire real young people to do the cooking and they just don’t know how to cook. I went into the wards in Union Ms and got my daughter a hamburger and after she had eaten half the burger she noticed that the inside meat was raw. It made her sick. I went into today to get my mom a hotdog and the young boy cooking asked how to make the hotdog so he only put a little mayo and a little ketchup no onions no nothing. This food at wards is ridiculously high and we can’t even eat the food. They don’t refund you nor do they give you anything for the loss money spent on food you cannot eat. Don’t go to Wards!

worst breakfast in my life. sausage was fried till dark. ordered scrambled eggs, recieved scrambled fried eggs. the only good thing was tea and hash browns. thankful thete was another restaurant down the road.

what happened??? this used to be the place I could go and get that good classic burger.
today, what I got was the worst and thinnest press-cooked burger I’ve ever had. we’re talking Krystal burgers thin. No flavor, no moisture, and cold. my tomato slice was almost twice the thickness as my burger patty. if I’d ordered a tomato sandwich with a hint of burger, No problem.. But I ordered a burger. not some thin misshapen overcooked flavorless meat disk.
wards, please, this was the last decent place other than Burger Barn over in Sebastopol, that I could get a decent burger. get back to what y’all were doing a year ago and further back. because today’s burger and tender meals were AWFUL.

The childish conversation going on with all the employees , including the one taking our order, while we were trying to order, is very annoying. The pink haired one with o live my boyfriend written across her backside, with constant comments to all her fellow worker….. the giggling and laughing. The comments about every order, such as
” I hate coke floats”, They really should grow up if they are going to work in the public. It was rather annoying to sit in the eating area and listen to the constant childish banter. you should either train your employees better or get some grown up to work for you.
However Marlen and her sister are just plain awesome. Too bad you can’t find 2 more like them!!
