Quick and friendly service on a Friday afternoon. Super close to I-95 and right off exit 130. There is a drive-thru at this location that seemed busier than it was inside. The bathrooms were clean and at least one has a changing table.

This store is severely understaffed right now. They’re so short-handed that they have reduced their hours, and when they are open, they are completely overwhelmed. I placed a mobile order at 9:28, did actually get my breakfast, but after waiting another half hour, I left without my drink. I’ve worked in many different settings, including coffee shops, and while I understand being understaffed, the efficiency and teamwork of the workers behind the counter it’s definitely lacking. I don’t want Waterville to lose this store – we all know Starbucks is superior to Dunks!

waiting over 1 hour for a coffee is absurd. we used mobile order and it still took over an hour to receive our order that had two drinks and that’s all. it felt like waiting in line at an amusement park in the middle of covid. there is obvious management issues/staffing problems at this store because this is always the case. at this point you can’t blame the baristas, it’s bigger than them. the chain needs to do something.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks locations. Every time I make the mistake of coming back and trying again I regret it. They are often randomly closed when the website says they should be open, that is with their already increasingly limited hour. The are often out of ingredients so good luck getting what you want. As well apparently no on their is capable of making a simple latte, they always taste burnt. My last trip they did not make my drink with the oat milk i asked for and paid for, as a lactose intolerant person thank you for all the diarrhoea. Skip this Starbucks and go to Selah or Wild Clover in downtown, you can actually get something decent there.

Should have gone through the drive-through. Absolutely the slowest service for brewed coffee I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Food was ready quickly, but five minutes and more later, we have no coffee. Just two dark roasts with cream. Nothing fancy.

Newly renovated with a typical Starbucks atmosphere. The drinks were fine. Nothing recommendation. The proven is: my partner and I waited for nearly 40 minutes for two drinks. This place is always chronically understaffed. Don’t be upset with the employees, though. They’re great people trying to get by. Their management through… They should hire more people.

Possibly the longest I have ever waited for a coffee. Wasn’t even busy. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:40. Waited 35 MINUTES FOR TWO DRINKS. Slowest baristas I have seen who clearly are unable to keep track of drink orders. Don’t go here.

Went to get a Strawberry Açaí refresher, there was a long line so I went inside. My order was taken, I waited for 20 minutes for my drink just for the woman to tell the other people in front of me that they didn’t have Strawberry Açaí. She didn’t bother to tell me. Not to mention, they were very unprofessional. One of the women said she didn’t want to do this anymore, kept sighing when she made the drinks, and said she quits. The same girl just kept laughing and making jokes on her headset, instead of tending to the 10 people in the store, and the 15 cars outside of the store. Ended up having to get a refund all for a drink. she couldn’t even figure out how to do the refund, which took up even more of my time. 25 minutes of my life wasted.

My boyfriend and I just went and ordered 2 drinks inside. We expected a wait because the amount of people already waiting was insane. After about 25 mins the people who ordered after us got their drinks. This continued to happen as we watched people who got there before us asking about how long until their orders would be ready. At this point 6 people who had ordered after us had all received their drinks. We asked them how much longer it would be and they said they had already printed our stickers out and would get to them soon. I received my drink about 15 mins later. another 15 mins went by and my boyfriend received his (this was on one order). I completely understand that it was insanely busy, however why do they not make the drinks in order of when people purchased them?
