This place was just OK the photos online really oversell the reality. Valet wasted 10 minutes at least, trying to find me a parking ticket. Finally got up to the restaurant and there was an odd, mold smell walking in. Place felt a bit run down. Food was just ok, i could have made a better sandwich myself. Ordered the philly croissant sandwich. Took forever to get my drink the food came first. Arnold’s toddy cocktail was unavailable disappointing. Took forever to get a straw asked a couple times but the waitress was so sweet. Overall the experience was meh. I won’t be going back. Not terrible just meh for the price.

Fabulous restaurant. The decor, the balconies, the view, all amazing. Due to inclement weather we couldnt sit at the balcony however, the pearl room was just as nice. The food, delicious! Our waiter was very patient and helpful. The drinks were good and the bread and butter as well. I had the short rib with a side of French fries and berry lemonade. My date had the salmon and green beans with a long island. Needless to say, we cleaned our plates! We’ll be back soon.

Views and indoor decor are fantastic. The The Pearl Room was disappointing. During a private event the bartender didn’t make any drink I asked him to correctly. Asked for an old fashioned, he put seltzer water in it. Tasted disgusting, then asked for another mixed drink. Didn’t like that, ended up just getting red wine. The food was subpar. Service otherwise was good.

This is a true dining experience. The decor and atmosphere is great. You get a trendy NYC vibe in their bar lounge and a soft, comfortable and inviting feeling in their dining area (additional dining area as well). Private rooms for parties. Staff is always super nice, well dressed and professional. Food was good. Fish items needed more flavor. Drinks are amazing. Crab cakes, Oysters and tuna tar tar was great. Dessert excellent. $200+ for drinks and three course meal for 2 people.

Omg I dont know where to begin. Horrific experience!!!! Waited 25 mins no one came to the table. I finally got up and asked for water. I then had to get up and request everything we needed at our table because no one ever came back. We got our food over an hour after we were seated. It came without elements of the dish, such as cream cheese for the bagel. The food was over cooked (hard eggs, when ordered over easy-cold food). Then the crowning blow a giant long hair was pulled out of my husbands salmons!!! For this we paid for our meal and $35 to park. This was a very special day, and was really ruined. Unfortunately everyone in the dining room had similar experiences many left their table without food. The wait staff was rude to guests who asked for help. This was just unreal. Please do not waist your time or money here. Go to sky high, at four seasons, you will have an amazing experience! Sincerely, Ray

We had a reservation at 10:30 AM; I chose the buffet breakfast option. After I took my first round, they collected the buffet dishes at about 11 AM. You should consider that if you go for the buffet, you might lose the chance to take anything more than your first round.

I love the decor and the menu. I had my 30th birthday party in the private dining room here and returned for a romantic dinner recently. I had a reservation requesting a window seat. Upon arriving I was told that I could be sent immediately or wait 15 minutes for a window seat. I chose to wait and asked if I could have a few drinks at an outside table while I waited. The area looked deserted, so I asked the hostess to make sure that someone came to offer us drinks. She assured me that they would. We waited and waited, but no one came until 20 minutes later when a gentleman came to show us to our table. our server had a large party and looked rather flustered. It took her a while to greet us, but everything went smoothly from there. The swordfish appetizer was fantastic. Our entrees were good but not as great as the last time dined there. I was rather confused and perturbed about the service. The restaurant was rather empty, so I’m not sure if they only had a few people on that weren’t able to handle even the small amount of customers or what the issue was. I want to try brunch here but I may wait awhile before coming back.

Food took a very long time to arrive, but was tasty once it did. The bacon wasn’t 5* quality (tasted reheated), but everything else was fresh and appealing. Nice ambience and even better service. Good cocktails, too. If the food had arrived promptly, I’d seriously consider giving 5* overall.
