Who doesn’t love Starbucks ! The Dartmouth one is bright and usually not crowded inside. There is always a long line in the drive up, but it moves quick! Follow The macrobarista on Instagram while in line for low calorie options at Starbucks and how to order it!

I waited half an hour in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me, parking lot close to empty. The barista was pretty rude, didn’t put any ice in my cold brew, and made it completely wrong. The feta & egg white wrap was flat and had barely anything in it. Do not go to this location, and if you do, save yourself the time and go to Mirasols instead. The Ashley Blvd location is so much better.

I went to this Starbucks this morning 4/6/23 as I do almost every morning. To me their coffee is worth the wait time in the drive thru. This morning however, I had the worst service from the rudest employee I’ve ever come across. Her attitude was so bad my niece who was in the car with me, asked “why is that lady so mad at you Aunty”? I was so upset I parked my car and went in and asked her “why the bad attitude”? She of course told me she didn’t have one so I just asked her name, which she said it was Brittany, and I left since no one asked what the problem was or if they could help. Whoever “Brittany” is that was working the drive thru at this Starbucks at 429 State Rd. in Dartmouth this morning 4/6/23 should not be working with the public. No one should be subject to their day starting off like this due to someone who clearly hates their job and the public. I will be making a formal complaint as well.

Coffee is always good from Starbucks. But,this location specifically has outrageous wait times. Not just once…this is the 7th tindnnme I e had to get my money refunded because I was late to work waiting for the coffee that I ordered AN HOUR BEFORE on the app. If it happened once I wouldn’t leave this review. But it happens often. Unacceptable and not worth it.

You’d probably could get your teeth pulled faster and better service from your dentist than the drive thru and service of this Starbucks. Honestly, you want better coffee and service just go next door to Mirasol’s. I don’t understand the hype that Starbucks brings and that drive thru doesn’t do it any favors.

Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same at every location so I’m not even going to rate the coffee….. but the wait time at this Starbucks is unacceptable. I have tried to get coffee here many times and the lines are always too long so I give up. Today there were only 5 cars in line so I ordered on my phone and got in the drive through line. 35 MINUTES LATER I finally got my coffee and it was lukewarm. Oh and before you say they must be short staffed I counted 4 employees through the window that I could see. Drive to another location and save yourself the frustration.
