I stopped by this Thai restaurant and ordered the Tom Yum — it was so delicious I completely forgot to take a photo! The flavor was perfectly balanced — spicy, sour, and full of aroma. The rice was amazing too — fluffy and cooked just right. Definitely one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in Charlotte! Highly recommend!

I haven’t been here in a while and I was craving some red curry with beef. So for a dinner red curry with beef, a side of spring rolls and an extra side of white rice, it came to over $29.78. I don’t mind paying more for good food. However, when I got home, I was very disappointed to find out the portion was much smaller. They used to pack the red curry in one of those tall takeout containers. Now it comes in one of those plastic bowls with a lid. I asked for level 4 spicy and it was very mild and didnt have the great coconutty, red curry taste I was craving. Having read recent reviews, I learned they are under new management which now makes sense as it wasn’t what I was expecting. I won’t be going to Thai Thai anymore. I know Phoenix in Mooresville has some great red curry and should’ve gone there, but I was closer to Thai Thai at the time. Phoenix also has some killer papaya salad. I hate leaving lukewarm reviews, but people who have been here and are expecting what they used to get should be informed. I don’t mean to speak negatively, but for me, Thai Thai isn’t my go-to anymore.

I’m a huge fan of Thai food and Thai Thai doesn’t disappoint. Love the curry and you can choose the heat level. Have had the pad thai and it’s a solid gray choice. The last time we went, we ordered the pad see yew and I was impressed. Always one of my favorites. Look forward to returning again and trying more of the menu.

The food here was so tasty and flavorful. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals and appetizers. The food came out hot and fresh. They were short staffed the night we went, but the staff worked together to make sure we were all well taken care of. The atmosphere here is cozy and clean. If you are looking for authentic thai food, I would definitely give this place a try.

I visit location today for lunch was very disappointed as my chicken tasted old I did eat
some of the food as I was hungry on my lunch but this is unacceptable for $17 that I spent.
I spoke with the manager and she said it was nothing she can do because I ate some of the chicken but again I’m on my lunch break and I was hungry. I want to get my money back and find another place to eat with limited of time. I spoke with Tenn manager who was not helpful. I have eat here before but this was not good as in past times.
I would like to get a refund as food was not good for even part of my money.
Be aware not the same owner as it was before food will get u sick

The food here is really good. You can ask for no spice or a number. I ask for no spice but hubby asks for #2. I love the pineapple fried rice. Today I tried the orange chicken a signature dish. It was very good. A little natural kick to it. Very flavorful. Hubby always gets the green curry chicken. Pictures of the orange chicken and chicken curry.

Stopped by after we’d heard that they had changed management. Seemed like prices had gone up a little, but the food was quality and flavorful, so it was worth it. Unfortunately, our drive-through order was significantly delayed beyond the expected time, and even then we did not receive all of the items in our order, necessitating a return trip. While the new management shows a lot of promise, they still might need a little more time to get the operational part of the business under control.
Update: Having been back recently, I’m glad to say that the experience has significantly improved, and based on that I’ve revised the rating accordingly.
